Педагогічні умови соціалізації студентів засобами культури мовлення

Вперше розроблено модель науково-методичного забезпечення соціалізації студентів засобами культури мовлення. Обгрунтовано педагогічні умови реалізації даного процесу з використанням засобів культури мовлення й експериментально перевірено їх ефективність. Встановлено критерії (ціннісно-орієнтаційний, когнітивний, дієво-творчий) та рівні соціалізованості студентів засобами культури мовлення. Розкрито зміст базових понять дослідження, таких як "соціалізація", "культура мовлення", "мовленнєва діяльність", "культура мовленнєвого спілкування". Визначено роль, функції та комунікативні якості культури мовлення у процесі соціалізації особистості. Удосконалено системний підхід щодо організації соціально-педагогічної роботи зі студентами ВНЗ. Обгрунтовано зміст, форми та методи соціалізації студентської молоді засобами культури мовлення з метою пристосування до реальних умов діяльності та досягнення позитивного вирішення особистісно й соціально значущих завдань.

Dissertation presents theoretical and experimental approbation of student’s socialization by means of speech culture. The author presents the analysis of the basic notions of the investigation, the essence and contents of such notions as “socialization”, “speech culture”, “speech activity”. The role and functions of speech culture was revealed.
Criteria of student’s socialization are proved by means of speech culture: valuable-oriental, cognitive, effective-creative. On the basis of the allocated criteria, it is certain and characterized three levels of student’s socialization by means of speech culture: reproductive, productively-converting and creative. A system of pedagogical conditions was developed: a social orientation of teaching a training course "Speech culture"; use of the art, religious, scientific, epistolary, historical-documentary literature during studying the specified course; application monologic and dialogical forms of speech activity during development of speech culture in extra-curriculum activity; mastering by students skills in the field of business dialogue).
A model of scientifically-methodical providing of student’s socialization by means of speech culture was developed, described and experimentally verified. The main components of this model are defined as aim, stages of realization, pedagogical conditions of student’s socialization, components of a technique, criteria and levels of socialization. A special training course "Speech culture" and a program of extra-curriculum activity which involved all students of educational groups in activity, simulating their future professional work was developed.
