Теоретико-методичні засади художньо-трудової підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання

Теоретично обгрунтовано й експериментально апробовано модель художньо-трудової підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання. Розкрито особливості цієї підготовки з урахуванням сучасного стану та тенденцій модернізації професійної педагогічної освіти. Визначено закономірності, принципи та концептуальні засади художньо-трудової підготовки майбутніх учителів трудового навчання. З використанням структурно-функціонального методу визначено її структуру та зміст. Апробовано педагогічну технологію художньо-трудової підготовки студентів, яка грунтується на проблемно-пошуковому методі навчання та передбачає використання кредитно-модульної організації навчального процесу. Підтверджено ефективність проектно-технологічної діяльності, традиційних та інноваційних методів, форм організації та засобів навчання, творчого розвитку та формування національної самосвідомості студентів. Запропоновано критерії та показники художньо-трудової підготовки майбутніх учителів і методику діагностування її рівнів.

The thesis investigation is devoted to solving the problem of theoretical and methodic principles of art and work training of future teachers of labour education. The peculiarities of the training taking into consideration the present state and tendencies of modernization of professional pedagogical education have been revealed. There have been established the objective laws, principles and conceptual foundation which became the basis for working out a pedagogical model of art and work training of future labour education teachers. On the basis of the pedagogical model, instructional and educational tasks and demands to make up the content there have been worked out a structurally logical scheme of production functions typical of these functions tasks of activities and system of skills, qualities and characteristics to be mastered by the future teachers in the field of decorative-applied art.
The importance and place of educational subjects referring to the specialization „The decorative-applied art” in art and work training of labour education teachers have been revealed and on that basis there has been done the selection of their content and the curricula have been written and implemented into the study process at the pedagogical educational establishments.
The pedagogical technology of art and work training of students has been elaborated whose basis is the problematic-inquiring method of education; the effectiveness of using the credit-module organization of education, project-technological activities directed to an independent creative investigation, traditional and innovative methods, forms and means of education, creative development and national education of students, a step-by-step rating control system of their study gains in art, work and pedagogical activities have been proved correct.
