У великому переліку розділів сучасної теорії і методики спортивного тренування та фізичного виховання питання
керування у спортивно-педагогічних системах займають особливе місце. Без перебільшення можна сказати, що дана галузь
знань, незважаючи на високу потребу, розробляється не так інтенсивно, як вимагає час. Керування у спортивно-педагогічних
системах торкається проблеми взаємодії людей, що умовно позначаються як «малі групи». До них належать як спортивні
організації, відомства на рівні районних, міських, обласних і частково державних рівнях, так і спортивні клуби, клубні команди
різних видів спорту, секції, екіпажі, навчальні, оздоровчі групи, спортивні класи тощо.

педагогических системах занимает особое место. Без преувеличений можно сказать, что данная сфера знаний, не смотря на
высокую нужду, разрабатывается, не так интенсивно, как требует время. Управление в спортивно-педагогических системах
касается проблемы взаимодействия людей, которые условно называются как «малые группы». К ним относятся как
спортивные организации, ведомства на уровне районных, городских, областных и частично государственных уровнях, так и
спортивные клубы, клубные команды разных видов спорта, секции, экипажи, научные, оздоровительные группы, спортивные классы и т.д.

We can say without an exaggeration that this branch of knowledge, despite its high need, is developed not as intensive, as the time
requires. Governing in sports teaching systems deals with the problem of communication between people, who are conditionally called as
“small groups”. Sports organizations, local, regional, district and partly state offices, sport clubs, club teams of different kinds of sports,
sections, crews, educational and health groups, sports classes, etc belong to this term.

team members in the same conditions.
Modern sport requires people who are engaged in it, eccentricity associated with physical and mental stress. Hence - the stress
conditions that cause nervous strain, conflicts and other negative states athlete. Timely take the necessary measures to neutralize the
effects of adverse situations and their prevention through the use of management principles will significantly increase the effectiveness of
operations at sports and education system as a whole and individual athletes in particular.
