Методологические подходы подготовки студентов-организаторов образовательного туризма

У структурі педагогічної науки виокремився такий напрямок, як педагогіка туризму – наука про закони освіти і виховання особистості засобами туризму. Під освітнім видом туризму розуміють пізнавальні тури, що орієнтовані на становлення і розвиток компетенцій будь-якого освітнього рівня підготовки. Організатор туристсько-освітньої діяльності повинен володіти профільно-спеціалізованою туристсько-освітньою компетентністю, що є здібністю ефективно застосовувати туристсько-освітню технологію на практиці через проектування, конструювання і впровадження туристсько-освітнього маршруту.

The training program for students specializing in the field of educational tourism, must be built in accordance with new socio-economic conditions and taking into account the specificity of the subject and the product of labor in education and tourism activities. It is in response to the demand of tourist and educational market, which guarantees employment for future graduates. The basis of the development of educational tourism program organizer was laid competence approach. He not only identified a list of competencies, the formation of which is possible subject to the successful development of a student of the educational programs, but also help build methodical system of training of students – the future organizers of educational tourism, including the competence-based approach is the main procedure in evaluating the quality of student development program.
