Підготовка сучасного фахівця галузі фізичної культури і спорту до професійної діяльності

У статті розглядаються вимоги, щодо професійної підготовки кваліфікованих вчителів фізичної культури,
конкурентноздатних на ринку праці, компетентних, відповідальних, здатних до ефективної роботи за спеціальністю
на рівні світових стандартів, готових до постійного професійного росту, самовдосконалення. Очевидною є
необхідність посилення акцентів у концептуальних засадах професійної підготовки фахівців фізичної культури і
спорту в напрямі забезпечення їх якісною освітою, адекватною сучасним потребам. Головною вимогою вищої школи –
якісна вища професійна освіта та навчання студентів самовдосконалення та постійного саморозвитку.

В статье рассматриваются требования к профессиональной подготовке квалифицированных учителей
физической культуры, конкурентных на рынке труда, компетентных, ответственных, способных к эффективной
работе по специальности на уровне мировых стандартов, готовых к постоянному профессиональному росту,
самосовершенствованию. Естественным есть усиление акцента к концептуальным требованиям профессиональной
подготовки специалистов физической культуры и спорта, к обеспечению их качественного образования, адекватного
современным требованиям. Главной задачей высшей школы – качественное профессиональное образование а также
научить студентов постоянному саморазвитию и самосовершенствованию.

The article deals with the requirements for training qualified teachers of physical education, competitive labor market,
competent, responsible, and able to work effectively in the speciality at international standards, ready for continuous professional
development and self-improvement. The obvious is the need to strengthen the emphasis in the conceptual basis of professional
training of physical education and sports specialists in the direction of providing quality education, adequate to modern needs. The
main demand for higher school is providing students with high quality vocational education and teaching students to self-
improvement and continuous self-development. One of the stages of the preparation process of future specialists in physical
education is their extracurricular activity, which promotes their self-development and deepening of their professional knowledge
and quality. Extracurricular activity includes individual and independent activities of students that develop their ability to work with
specialized literature and modern information and communication technologies and promote different ways of problem solving,
which is required by radical changes today.
Independent work is a special form of educational activity, aimed at forming self-dependence of students and gaining
total skills, implemented with the introduction of an appropriate system of all kinds of classes. Independent work of students should
contribute to the creative individual student learning at home, which includes the study of the curriculum material using the
recommended scientific and methodical literature, consolidating pedagogical methods and individual monitoring of the educational
process.
