Зміст та структура навчального спецкурсу "Стратегічне управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом"

У статті обґрунтовано мету та завдання навчального спецкурсу "Стратегічне управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом". Визначено структуру та обсяг навчального спецкурсу, який включає два змістові модулі. Показано, що навчальний спецкурс розроблено для денної форми навчання майбутніх керівників загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів в умовах магістратури. Представлено загальний дизайн лекцій та практичних занять навчального спецкурсу "Стратегічне управління загальноосвітнім навчальним закладом".

В статье обоснована цель и задачи учебного спецкурса "Стратегическое управление общеобразовательным учебным учреждением". Определена структура и объем учебного спецкурса, который включает два содержательных модуля. Показано, что учебный спецкурс разработан для дневной формы обучения будущих руководителей общеобразовательных учебных учреждений в условиях магистратуры. Представлены общий дизайн лекций и практических занятий учебного спецкурса "Стратегическое управление общеобразовательным учебным учреждением".

The Paper substantiates the aim and objectives of the "Strategic Management of a General Purpose Education Institution" syllabus. There is determined the structure and volume of the syllabus including two content modules. The first one is "Strategical Management in the System of Management of a General Purpose Educational Institution". The Module is devoted to the analysis of the essence of the strategic management and the role of a senior manager of the Education Institution involved into the process. It consists of 5 lecture classes. The second content module is "Strategy of General Purpose Education Institution Development in the Management System". It is devoted to the analysis of the essence, sorting and strategy implementation strategy. The module includes 4 lecture classes. The Paper consists of an abstract of offered lecture class content. In addition to the lecture classes the syllabus includes seven practical classes on: competitiveness of the General Purpose Education Institution and the way how to identify it; mission and strategic objective setting for the General Purpose Education Institution; the external and internal General Purpose Education Institution’s environment analysis; strategic plan preparation and arranging; alternative strategy analysis and development strategy choice for General Purpose Education Institution; strategy implementation, control and necessary change implementation; strategic management content implementation within General Purpose Education Institution. At the process of practical classes conducting we use the next methods: presentation with the discussing elements, management situation analysis with subsequent group discussion, work in mini groups with the subsequent group discussion, the method of unfinished sentences, individual problem sorting out task, group discussion, method of problem analysis and essay method. The paper presents the "Strategic Management of a General Purpose Education Institution" Syllabus general designs of both lecture classes and practical ones.
