Розвиток здібності до диференціювання параметрів рухів у футболістів 9-10 років

Мета дослідження – розробити та експериментально перевірити ефективність методики розвитку здібності до диференціювання параметрів рухів у футболістів 9-10 років. Методи дослідження: теоретичні (аналіз та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури); емпіричні (спостереження, педагогічне тестування, педагогічний експеримент); методи математичної статистики. Організація дослідження: у педагогічному експерименті брали участь 32 футболісти 9-10 років, які займалися футболом 2-3 роки. Результати дослідження. Зміст методика передбачав використання засобів, методів, методичних прийомів та параметри дозування навантаження для розвитку здібності до диференціювання параметрів рухів у футболістів 9-10 років. Після реалізації методики у футболіст експериментальної групи зафіксували приріст в межах від 8,1% до 16,4%, а у футболістів контрольної групи від 1,7% до 7,6%. Приріст показника тесту для оцінки технічної майстерності в експериментальній групі становив 5,6%, а в контрольній – 2,3%. Між показниками контрольної та експериментальної груп спостерігається статистично достовірна різниця (p<0,05).

The purpose of the study is to develop and experimentally test the effectiveness of the methodology of developing the ability to differentiate the parameters of movements in football players aged 9-10. Research methods: theoretical (analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature); empirical (observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment); methods of mathematical statistics. Organization of the study: 32 football players aged 9-10, who played football for 2-3 years, took part in the pedagogical experiment. Results of the research. The content of the methodology involved the use of means, methods, techniques and parameters of the dosage of the load to develop the ability to differentiate the parameters of movements in players 9-10 years. The experimental methodology included several stages of implementation. In the first, they created the imagination and formed a sense of time, muscular effort, and space. Then the emphasis was on the reproduction of temporal, dynamic and spatial parameters of movements in repeated attempts. At the next stage, tasks were given for differentiation (increase, decrease, acceleration, deceleration, etc.) of temporal, dynamic and spatial parameters of movements in repeated attempts. At the final stage, the task of differentiation was given not by one parameter of movements, but by several (spatial-temporal; spatial-dynamic) in complex motor tasks. After the implementation of the methodology, the football players of the experimental group recorded an increase in the range from 8,1% to 16,4%, and the football players of the control group from 1.7% to 7,6%. The increase in the test score for the assessment of technical skills in the experimental group was 5,6%, and in the control – 2,3%. There was a statistically significant difference between the indicators of the control and experimental groups (p<0.05).
