Впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітній процес уроків фізичної культури

У статті розглянуті питання застосуванню новітніх інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у процесі
фізичного виховання учнів 5 – 9 класів закладів загальної середньої освіти. Проаналізовано дані науково-методичної
літератури з питань викладання модуля «Баскетбол» у школі. Встановлено, що баскетбол в системі фізичного
виховання школярів є комплексним засобом фізичного розвитку, зміцнення здоров’я, формування життєво важливих умінь
і навичок. Створено мультимедійний дидактичний посібник, який містить навчальний матеріал з баскетболу для учнів
середніх класів. Установлено, що використання даного мультимедійного програмного засобу на уроках фізичної
культури забезпечує створення кращого уявлення школярів про рухові уміння та підвищує мотивацію учнів до занять
фізичною культурою незалежно від статі та віку.

The article deals with the application of the latest
information and communication technologies in the process of physical education of pupils of 5 – 9 classes of institutions of general
secondary education. The data of the scientific and methodical literature on the issues of teaching the "Basketball" module in the
school is analyzed. Found that basketball in the system of physical education of schoolchildren is a complex means of physical
development, health promotion, the formation of vital skills and abilities. Methodical techniques for better assimilation of technical
actions in basketball are offered. A multimedia didactic manual has been created that contains basketball training for middle school
students, which is a multimedia presentation with interactive content that allows you to freely navigate through the training material. It
is shown that when managing the process of video demonstration, the physical education teacher can divide each element of the
technical action into components, detail the work of all the player's chains, point out errors and make corrections. It has been
established that the use of this multimedia software in physical education classes provides a better representation of pupils about
motor skills and increases the motivation of students to study physical culture, regardless of gender and age.
