Психолого-педагогічні аспекти формування професійної компетентності спеціального педагога

У статті теоретично проаналізовані та зазначені дефініції, такі як: «професійне становлення особистості, компетентність, професійна компетентність вчителя». Визначені структурні компоненти професійної компетентності, а саме: теоретичний передбачає глибокі знання у галузі спеціальної педагогіки, спеціальної психології, логопедії; технологічний передбачає використання набутих знань у практичній діяльності та особистісний в якому зазначаються важливі особистісні характеристики спеціального педагога – логопеда. Визначені критерії та рівні розвитку професійної компетентності майбутніх спеціальних педагогів – логопедів.
На основі запропонованої структури професійної компетентності, розроблена та впроваджена методика дослідження професійної компетентності серед здобувачів вищої освіти спеціальності 016 Спеціальна освіта.

В статье теоретически проанализированы и указаны дефиниции, такие как: «профессиональное становление личности, компетентность, профессиональная компетентность учителя». Определены структурные компоненты профессиональной компетентности, а именно: теоретический, предусматривает глубокие знания в области специальной педагогики, специальной психологии, логопедии; технологический предусматривает использование приобретенных знаний в практической деятельности и личностный в котором указываются важные личностные характеристики специального педагога – логопеда.
Определены критерии и уровни развития профессиональной компетентности будущих специальных педагогов – логопедов. На основе предложенной структуры профессиональной компетентности, разработана и внедрена методика исследования профессиональной компетентности среди соискателей высшего образования специальности 016 Специальное образование.

The article analyzes the theoretical definitions, such as: “professional development of personality, competence, professional competence of a teacher”. The structural components of professional competence were identified, namely: the theoretical component involves profound knowledge in the field of special pedagogy, special psychology, speech therapy; the technological component involves the use of the acquired knowledge in practice and the personal component, which indicates the important personal characteristics of a special teacher ‒ speech therapist. The criteria and levels of development of professional competence of future special pedagogues ‒ speech therapists were determined. Namely, in the first block of tasks the following indicators are determined: orientation in the questions of the correct location of the organs of the oral cavity during articulation of sounds; knowledge of speech disorders; about their symptoms and causes; knowledge of the sequence of examination of children with speech impairment; knowledge of the stages of correctional logopedic work. In the second block of tasks the following indicators are distinguished: the ability to recognize speech disorders; possession of methods and methods for their elimination and correction, taking into account the psychological characteristics of children-logopatists; the ability to use methods of their education, correction and development of higher cortical functions in them. The third block of tasks was aimed at studying the concentration of the competitor on the personality of the child with speech disorders, the desire and ability to help; openness to opinions and judgments that are different from oneself, flexibility and tolerance; empathy. On the basis of the proposed structure of professional competence, the methodology for the study of professional competence among the applicants of higher education of the specialty 016 Special Education, as well as the theoretically grounded comprehensive psychological and pedagogical program for the development of a humane attitude towards people with physical disabilities in future pedagogues was developed and implemented.
