Професійна компетентність консультантів галузі освіти як важливий чинник успішної фахової діяльності

У статті розглядається проблема професійної компетентності консультантів галузі освіти як важливого чинника успішної фахової діяльності. Зазначається, що професійна компетентність консультантів у галузі освіти – це інтегрована на функціональному рівні система, яка відображає змістову основу професійної діяльності фахівця. Науково обґрунтовано і визначено структуру професійної компетентності консультанта у галузі освіти. Виокремлено компоненти і види компетентностей у структурі професійної компетентності консультанта, які дали можливість окреслити специфіку фахової діяльності консультанта галузі освіти.

Topic of the article the problem of professional competence of consultants the field of education as an important factor of a successful career. It is noted that consultation, in terms of professional activity, should be considered as the process of providing consultant services to the consumer in the form of information or tips to identify the problem, analyze it, make recommendations, and customer support in its decision. Scientifically determined the structure of professional competence of the consultant in the field of education. The professional competence in the structure has the components and types of competencies. Among the main components: motivational, targeted, cognitive, operational and personal. The main types of competencies in the structure are the psychological, communication, research, methodological, management and design. It was emphasized that the professional competence of a consultant in the field of education should be understood as an integrated professional-personal characteristic, which includes targets and motivation, value orientation, professional and functional knowledge, skills, ability to act in various work situations and personal qualities, which are aimed at achieving effective results in their professional activities. Attention is drawn to the fact that the professional competence of a consultant in the field of education is a complex organization, because it includes on the one hand, the components inherent in any competence form (motivational, target, cognitive, operational and personal), and the second, the actual set of competencies, which define professional activities (competencies).

Therefore stresses that the professional competence of a consultant in the field of education - integrated system at a functional level, which reflects the substantive basis of professional activity of a specialist. Based on the above, we consider a priority issue for further research development of diagnostic tools to determine the level of competence of professional consultants and separation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for its formation.

В статье рассматривается проблема профессиональной компетентности консультантов области образования как важного фактора успешной профессиональной деятельности. Отмечается, что профессиональная компетентность консультантов в области образования – это интегрированная на функциональном уровне система, которая отражает содержательную основу профессиональной деятельности специалиста. Научно обосновано и определено структуру профессиональной компетентности консультанта в области образования. Выделены компоненты и виды компетенций в структуре профессиональной компетентности консультанта, которые позволили определить специфику профессиональной деятельности консультанта области образования.
