Правове регулювання міжнародної діяльності Федерації сучасного п’ятиборства України

Показано, що Федерація сучасного п’ятиборства України (ФСПУ), будучи членом Міжнародного союзу сучасного п’ятиборства (UIPM), бере активну участь у міжнародній діяльності. Ця діяльність включає в себе: участь збірних
команд України з сучасного п’ятиборства у міжнародних змаганнях – Олімпійських іграх, чемпіонатах світу та Європи; представників ФСПУ – в діяльності Міжнародного союзу сучасного п’ятиборства(UIPM), їх участь у виборах до керівних органів, комітетів та комісій UIPM; організації та проведення міжнародних змагань, на території України; українських турів світових проектів розвитку UIPM тощо. Цей напрям роботи регулюється як національними, так і міжнародними джерелами спортивного законодавства. З’ясовано, що до джерел спортивного законодавства UIPM належать Статут та інші документи, що регламентують діяльність міжнародної федерації. Встановлено, що співробітництво ФСПУ з UIPM сприяє вдосконаленню і внесенню коректив як у міжнародні, так і у внутрішні нормативно-правові документи, вирішуючи певною мірою проблеми розвитку сучасного п’ятиборства у світі та в Україні.

It is shown that the Federation of modern pentathlon of Ukraine (FMPU), being the member of the International Modern Pentathlon Union (UIPM) takes an active part in international activity. This activity includes participation of the national teams of
Ukraine in modern pentathlon in international competitions – the Olympic Games, World and European Championships, whereas FMPU representatives - in the activities of the International Modern Pentathlon Union (UIPM), in the elections to governing bodies, committees and commissions of the UIMP; in the organization and holding of the international competitions on the territory of Ukraine, Ukrainian tours of the world-wide projects of UIPM development, etc.
This direction of work is regulated by both national and international sources of sports legislation. It is found that the sources of the UIPM sports legislation are the Statute and other documents regulating the activity of the international federation.
It is established that cooperation between the FMPU and the UIPM promotes improvement and adjustments in both international and national normative legal documents, solving the issues of modern pentathlon development in the world and in
Ukraine, to a certain extent.
