Основні завдання ЗВО для підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій на основі інтегративного навчання

У статті проаналізовано основні завдання, які постають перед вищим навчальним закладом у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів технологій в умовах інтегрованого навчання. Розглянуті важливість та складові частини кожного із завдань. У дослідженні вдалося визначити, що одним з основних завдань вищого навчального закладу під час професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів є створення можливостей для виявлення і розвитку особистісних творчих якостей за профілем підготовки у кожного студента. Не менш важливим є відбір та структурування змісту інтегрованих психолого-педагогічних та професійних дисциплін з акцентом на практичну діяльність вчителя технологій. Крім того, важливим завданням навчального закладу у професійному становленні майбутнього фахівця можна назвати стимулювання мотивації студентів.

The article analyzes the main tasks facing a higher educational institution in the process of professional training the future technology teachers in conditions of integrated training. There are considered the importance and components of each tasks. The study allows to determine that one of the main tasks of a higher education institution during the training of future teachers is to create opportunities for identifying and developing personal creative qualities in the profile training for each student. Equally important is the choise and structuring of the content the integrated psycho-pedagogical and professional disciplines with an emphasis on the practical activities of the technology teacher. In addition, the important task of the educational institution in the professional development of a future specialist can be called stimulating students' motivation. We have found opportunities to ensure the quality of the creative development of the student's personality in the university, including it in creative educational activities, which will activate the formation of his professional qualities, stimulating the motivation to continuous scientific research in solving professional-creative tasks and projects corresponding to the professional functions of a specialist.
