Дизайн і ергономіка в професійній підготовці фахівців за спеціальністю “галузеве машинобудування”

Проаналізовано теорію і практику професійної підготовки фахівців галузевого
машинобудування у ВТНЗ. Розглянуто процеси становлення дизайнерської освіти в Україні.
Одним із засобів забезпечення якісної підготовки є навчання студентів методиці
дизайнерського та ергономічного проектування промислового обладнання на конкретних, найбільш характерних об’єктах, різних за призначенням і функціями, ступенем складності,
технологічними вимогами і діючих в різному виробничому середовищі. Найбільш загальною
тенденцією є бажання конструкторів і дизайнерів щодо лаконічного формоутворення
металообробних верстатів.
Формоутворення металообробних верстатів висуває сьогодні перед конструктором і
дизайнером чимало принципових питань. Чіткість і простота форми покликані оптимізувати
умови праці та використовувати сучасну технологію виробництва верстатів.

In this scientific article the theory and practice of professional training of specialists in branch
engineering in higher technical educational institutions were analyzed. The processes of formation of
design education in Ukraine are considered. One of the options for providing quality training is
teaching students the methodology of design and ergonomic design of industrial equipment on specific,
most characteristic objects, different in purpose and function, complexity, technological requirements
and operating in different production environments. The most common tendency is the desire of
designers for the laconic shaping of metalworking machines.
Formation of metalworking machines today puts forward a lot of fundamental questions to the
designer. The clarity and simplicity of the forms are intended to optimize the working conditions and
use modern technology of machine tools production.
The main conditions of rational ergonomic design of products of the machine-building industry
include the obligatory account of the specific components of the system “human - technology –
environment”, which are manifested in the functioning of the product. Such features are considered:
the type of product and the features of its work; peculiarity of the human body; environmental
conditions. However, for the vast majority of consumers, the ergonomics of any product is identified
with ease.
The best result in preparing future professionals capable of design, ergonomic engineering
design can be achieved with the introduction of SolidWorks CAD to the educational process. Using
SolidWorks at the Faculty of Engineering Mechanics of Zhytomyr State Technological University has a
cross-cutting nature of computer training students. Students are gradually thoroughly studying the
SolidWorks system: 3D modeling and creation of associative shredders, SolidWorks Simulation
engineering calculations system (calculations for strength, etc.). As practice has shown, this allows for
a qualitatively new, modern level to organize a number of training courses in professional training in
the field of knowledge “Branch Engineering”.
