Словотвірні гнізда з вершинами-онімами в українській та англійській мовах: контрастивний аспект

У дисертації розроблено новий основоцентричний підхід до контрастивного вивчення словотвірних гнізд з вершинами-онімами в українській та англійській мовах. Укладено реєстр онімів (антропонімів, ергонімів, ідеонімів) в українській та англійській мовах, змодельовано їхні СГ й систематизовано похідні лексеми за ступенями деривації; представлено структуру СГ та виявлено способи творення дериватів СГ з вершинами-онімами у зіставлюваних мовах; сконструйовано моделі творення онімних похідних на чотирьох ступенях деривації; зіставлено структуру СГ, схарактеризовано спільні й відмінні ознаки словотвірних ланцюжків, словотвірних парадигм, словотвірних значень, а також способів і моделей їхнього творення.

A new stem-centered approach to the contrastive study of word-formation families with the tops of proper names in the Ukrainian and English Languages has been developed in the thesis. The register of onims (antroponims, ergonims and ideonims) has been arranged in the Ukrainian and English Languages, their word-formation families have been modeled and the derivative lexemes have been systematized according to the degrees of derivation; the structure of word-formation families have been presented and methods for creating derivatives of word-formation families with the tops of proper names in comparative languages have been discovered; the models of formation of onims derivatives on four degrees of derivation have been constructed; the structure of wordformation families have been compared. The common and distinctive features of wordbuilding chains, word-formation paradigms, word-formation meanings, as well as methods and models of their creation have been described.
