Компетентнісний підхід до підготовленості правоохоронця в системі професіональної освіти в умовах континентально-європейської моделі поліцейської організації

В статті подано результати компетентнісної підготовки правоохоронця. Проаналізовані основні підходи
наукових дослідників, теоретиків та практиків в умовах їх навчання в системі професіональної освіти. Повне уявлення
про фізичний розвиток курсантів можливо отримати, якщо проводити спостереження за самостійними заняттями.
Дослідження спрямовані на вивчення різних існуючих способів розвитку якостей необхідних правоохоронцю для
досягнення перемоги над озброєним супротивником. Також проаналізовані сучасні погляди науковців з проблеми
використання компетентнісного підходу в рамках модернізації систем вищої педагогічної освіти.

В статье рассматривается результат компетентной подготовки правозащитника.
Проанализированы основные подходи научных исследований, теоретиков и практиков в условиях их обучения в системе
профессионального образования. Большое представление про физическое развитие курсантов можно получить при
наблюдении за самостоятельными занятиями, которые направлены на развитие физических качеств.

The article presents the results
of competency-based training of the police. Analyzes the main approaches researchers, theorists and practitioners in terms of their
learning in the vocational education system. Full idea of the physical development of cadets may be obtained if make observations
for independent studies, which focus on the development of physical qualities. The research is aimed at studying various existing
methods of development of qualities necessary for the policeman to achieve victory over armed enemy. Also analyzed modern views
of scientists on the issue of competence approach in the framework of modernization of higher pedagogical education.
Today, the challenges of the twenty-first century put before institution of higher education for the training of future specialists in
General and the tax authorities and law enforcement officers in particular the new requirements to improve professional skills,
physical, psychological readiness at any point in a regular, non-standard, extreme situations, during the service and off-duty time to
perform the task. The introduction of competency-based training due to the processes of harmonization of the architecture of the
European higher education system, changing the fundamental pedagogical principles, the richness of the conceptual content of a
new term. Today we are talking not just about transferring knowledge, building skills in the educational process, but also on the
development of professionally significant qualities of the future specialist, capacity for independent innovation.
Good effect in this case give the Department the classes on the Tactics of the employee's tax police in typical and extreme
situations, but at work which is carried out with the cadets of the scientific-pedagogical staff of the Department, if necessary
supplemented by practicing a special section in varied according to the complexity of the simulated professors conditions.
