Відбір та методика навчання футболістів на початковому етапі підготовки

В статті розкриваються основні положення теорії індивідуалізації занять з юнаками 17 -18 років, які
займаються футболом. Встановлено, що найбільш доцільним для оптимізації процесу підготовки юних
футболістів є підбір адекватних індивідуально – вікових методик. Визначено основні напрямки в вирішенні даного питання.

This
article considers the main principles of the theory of individualization of lessons with the youths at the age of 17 – 18
which go in for football. It is determined that the most expedient for optimization of training of young football – players is
the selection of adequate individual and aged methods. The main trends at solving this task are determined.In recent
years essential changes are taken place at the system of preparation of football – players which is highlighted first of all
at an introduction into a practice of educational and training work scientifically based methods of learning and improving
technique and tactics of game. Teams of high grade use training equipment, special apparatus, technical means of
information which promote to increase effectiveness of training. The methods of medical and pedagogical control for
state of health, level of training and preparation of football – players to competitions are widely used. Many tutors of the
teams use worth while these data for a correction of current and necessary plans of work. The number of the teams
which have at their disposal effective means of accelerating recovering after stressed lessons and games is increased.
The activity of tutors of the teams at upbringing work with sportsmen is increased which is led to decreasing
number of infringment of discipline as well as to increasing level of education of various football – players. The more
attention is paid to a preparation of high skilled reserves of native football. The number of specialized football classes,
schools is increased. The experienced trainers having special education, large sport standing work with the youthful
football – players. The conditions for systematical improving qualification of the trainers as well as for improving their
knowledge are being created. The special literature on a preparation of young football – players is published. But we
have to underline that all of these trainers of the teams, special football schools and classes, groups of preparation until
now do not provide sufficient fresh reserves to the leading clubs of the country. The separate football – players which are
pupils of clubs at the age of 17 – 18 appear at the main staff of the teams of masters.
