Модифікація програм еколого-натуралістичного напряму позашкільної освіти як чинник формування життєвої компетентності осіб з інтелектуальними порушеннями

У статті охарактеризовано проблему модифікації програм еколого-натуралістичного напряму позашкільної освіти «Квітникарство» як чинника формування життєвої компетентності осіб з інтелектуальними порушеннями (ІП). Акцентовано, що наявність інтелектуальних порушень призводить до дивергенції процесів соціалізації та розвитку цих осіб, недорозвинення життєвої компетентності, що виявляється у нездатності самостійно розв’язувати життєві проблеми, унеможливленні продуктивного життєвого самовизначення і самоздійснення й оптимальної організації життєвого шляху. Метою статті є схарактеризувати зміст модифікованої програми еколого-натуралістичного напряму позашкільної освіти «Квітникарство», спрямованої на гармонізацію процесів розвитку та соціалізації школярів з ІП, формування їхньої життєвої компетентності. Модифікація розглядається як заміна та концептуальне спрощення змісту предмета, навчальної програми «Квітникарство» відповідно до модально-специфічних закономірностей розвитку школярів з ІП, і відповідно, запланованих програмових результатів навчання. Представлена модифікована навчальна програма має дворівневу структуру, побудована на основі принципів науковості, доступності, систематичності, послідовності, практичної спрямованості навчання, наочності, а також краєзнавчого, фенологічного, народознавчого принципів за лінійним і спірально-концентричним принципом, який передбачає систематичне розширення і поглиблення знань на основі повторення теоретичного і практичного матеріалу з метою його усвідомлення та узагальнення.

The article describes the problem of modifying the programs of the ecological and naturalistic direction of after- school education "Flowering plant" as a factor in the formation of life competence of persons with intellectual disabilities. It is emphasized that the presence of intellectual disorders leads to the divergence of the processes of socialization and development of these persons, the underdevelopment of life competence, which is manifested in the inability to independently solve life problems, the impossibility of productive life self-determination and self-realization, and the optimal organization of the life path. The purpose of the article is to characterize the content of the modified program of the ecological and naturalistic direction of after-school education "Flowering plant", aimed at harmonizing the processes of development and socialization of schoolchildren with intellectual disabilities, forming their life competence. The
modification is considered as a replacement and conceptual simplification of the content of the subject, the "Horticulture" curriculum in accordance with the modality-specific patterns of development of students with intellectual disabilities, and accordingly, the planned program learning outcomes. The presented modified curriculum has a two-level structure, built on the basis of the principles of scientifically, accessibility, systematically, consistency, practical orientation of education, visibility, as well as local history, phenology, ethnology principles according to the linear and spiral-concentric principle,
which provides for the systematic expansion and deepening of knowledge on based on the repetition of theoretical and practical material for the purpose of its awareness and generalization. The modified educational program "Flowering plant" is aimed at the formation of life, educational, cognitive and social competences. The programs are built in a tabular manner, they describe the subject-content and corrective-developmental lines: the content of the educational material, the approximate educational achievements of the pupils and the direction of the corrective-developmental work are described.
