Технологічні уміння як необхідна складова підготовки сучасного учнівства

Визначено зміст технологічних умінь учнівства як нагальна необхідність в еру швидкого розвитку технічних засобів, які людство використовує у повсякденному житті. Виявлені та обґрунтовані чинники, що посилюють доцільність
формування технологічних умінь школярів: можливістю вільного доступу до практично будь-якої інформації, необхідністю підвищення мотивації школярів до навчання; широкими можливостями, які надають ІТ технології для розвитку кожного учня; змінами, що відбуваються у світі професій й затребуваністю робітників, які володіють технологічними уміннями. Проаналізовано та розкрито сутність поняття технологічних умінь у психолого-педагогічних джерелах. Висвітлено зміст інформаційно-технологічних умінь, організаційно-технологічних, технологічно-проектувальних,
конструкторсько-технологічних умінь. Акцентується увага на мінливості сутності та змісту технологічних умінь школярів. Розкрито зміст освітніх стандартів формування технологічних умінь, розроблених міжнародною асоціацією з розвитку інформаційних технологій. Розкрито зміст технологічних умінь та висвітлено взаємозв’язок формування технологічних умінь учнівства та використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, технологічних умінь та моделювання, проектування й конструювання. Визначено зміст технологічних умінь через такі аспекти: здатність до дотримання технологічного процесу розв’язання поставленого завдання; здатність до використання технічних пристроїв для виконання завдання, здатність до застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій для реалізації поставлених завдань; здатність до конструювання та моделювання.

The article defines the content of technological skills of students as an urgent need for an era of rapid development of the technical means that humanity uses in everyday life. Identified and substantiated factors that enhance the expediency of forming the technological skills of students: the possibility of free access to virtually any information, the need to increase the students` motivation to study; the extensive opportunities that IT technology provides for each student’s development; the changes that take place in the world of professions and the demand for workers with technological skills. The essence of the concept of technological skills in psychological and pedagogical sources is analyzed and revealed. The content of information-technological skills, organizational-technological, technological-designing, design-technological skills is covered. Emphasis is placed on the changing nature and content of students’ technological skills. The content of educational standards of technological skills formation developed by the international association for development of information
technologies is revealed. The content of technological skills is disclosed and the interrelation of the formation of technological
skills of apprenticeship and the usage of information and communication technologies, technological skills and modeling,
designing and construction is highlighted. The content of technological skills is determined through the following aspects:
the ability to adhere to the technological process for solving the task; ability to use technical devices for the task, ability to use
information and communication technologies to accomplish the tasks; ability to design and model.
