Організація процесу фізичної терапії з використанням оздоровчого плавання при шийному остеохондрозі

У роботі розглядається проблема лікування хворих на остеохондроз шийного відділу хребта в підгострому
періоді засобами фізичної терапії у комплексі з оздоровчим плаванням. Впровадження плавання у комплексі з засобами
фізичної терапії при шийному остеохондрозі мають на сьогодні велику доцільність, оскільки стає все більше осіб, які
страждають на дане захворювання, так у 85% людей після 30 років спостерігаються дегенеративні зміни в хребті різної
локалізації. У результаті проведеного дослідження визначено клінічні і функціональні показники, запропоновано програму
комплексного застосування плавання і засобів фізичної терапії пацієнтів, оцінено ефективність застосування вказаних
засобів хворими з шийним остеохондрозом в підгострому періоді.

The paper considers the problem of treatment of patients with osteochondrosis of the cervical
spine in the subacute period by means of physical therapy in a complex with recreational swimming. The introduction of swimming in
combination with the means of physical therapy in cervical osteochondrosis today has great expediency, as more and more people
suffering from this disease are becoming more and more, so in 85% of people after 30 years there are degenerative changes in the
spine of different localization.In the presented work, theoretically substantiated application of physical therapy in combination with
recreational swimming and implemented in practice for conservative treatment of patients with osteochondrosis of the cervical spine
in the subacute period. As a result of the study, the clinical and functional parameters of women aged 35 to 45 years with
osteochondrosis of the cervical spine in the subacute period were determined, the program of integrated use of swimming and the
means of physical therapy of patients was proposed, and the effectiveness of using these drugs in patients with cervical
osteochondrosis in the subacute period was estimated.
