Асимметрии тела детей раннего и дошкольного возраста как предпосылки нарушений осанки (Часть 1)

Этиология и патогенез нарушений осанки у детей по-прежнему остаются актуальными. В условиях современных достижений науки вопросам асимметрии физического развития подрастающего поколения уделяется особое внимание, как со стороны медиков, так и со стороны педагогов. При этом существующие виды асимметрий, оказывающие влияние на формирование двигательных стереотипов (включая осанку), необходимо объединить в следующие блоки: анатомо-физиологический, бытовой, компенсаторный, двигательный, психосоматический. В статье в онтогенетическом аспекте представлены естественные и патологические асимметрии развития тела ребёнка в первых трёх условных блоках. Перспективы дальнейших исследований видятся в разработке диагностических таблиц асимметрий тела и стато-моторных проявлений у детей раннего и дошкольного возраста.

Етіологія і патогенез порушень постави у дітей, як і раніше залишаються актуальними. В умовах сучасних досягнень науки питанням асиметрії фізичного розвитку підростаючого покоління приділяється особлива увага, як з боку медиків, так і з боку педагогів. При цьому існуючі види асиметрій, що впливають на формування рухових стереотипів (включаючи поставу), необхідно об'єднати в наступні блоки: анатомо-фізіологічний, побутовий, компенсаторний, руховий, психосоматичний. У статті в онтогенетичному аспекті представлені природні і патологічні асиметрії розвитку тіла дитини в перших трьох умовних блоках.
Перспективи подальших досліджень вбачаються в розробці діагностичних таблиць асиметрій тіла і стато-моторних проявів у дітей раннього та дошкільного віку.

The etiology and pathogenesis of disorders of posture in children still remain relevant since they have a direct impact on health. In the conditions of modern achievements of science, special attention is paid to the asymmetry of the physical development of the younger generation, both from the side of physicians and teachers. However, in the scientific literature there are different opinions regarding the relations between the occurrence of postural disorders in children of early and preschool age with such factors as: heredity, birth trauma, nutrition, ecology, lifestyle, physical activity, etc. At the same time, the existing types of asymmetries that influence the formation of motor stereotypes (including posture) should be combined into the following blocks: anatomical and physiological, household, compensatory, motor, psychosomatic. The article in the ontogenetic aspect presents the natural and pathological asymmetries of the development of the child’s body in the first three conditional blocks. It should be noted that anatomical and physiological asymmetries are natural since the formation of the fetus. Often, as a result of birth injury and other variants of child’s dysplasia of the musculoskeletal system, can occur compensatory rearrangements of the skeleton and spinal column, which are natural in this case, which can later trigger the development of a pathological posture. Along with this, anthropometric differences can provoke the appearance of pathological asymmetries, which are associated with self-training of his own muscles in the child’s growing up process. In addition, more than anything in the physical development and the formation of posture influences muscle activity, which is expressed in a sleep posture, household activities, game activities. In the special literature, the line between natural asymmetries and pathological in children of early and preschool age is not fully disclosed. Prospects for further research are seen in the development of an algorithm for complex diagnosis of natural, compensatory and acquired asymmetries, what will allow further to develop the most effective corrective strategy and tactics for overcoming the existing posture disorders violations of children of this contingent.
