Роль інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у формуванні професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації у вищих навчальних закладах

Автор зазначає, що професійна компетентність характеризує здібності фахівця з фізичної реабілітації самостійно ставити і вирішувати нові професійні завдання щодо реабілітаційної діяльності. У статті підкреслено, що з позицій сьогодення майбутній фахівець з фізичної реабілітації повинен володіти сучасними інформаційнокомунікаційними технологіями, уміти трансформувати отримані знання та працювати в команді, підвищувати професійну компетентність у сфері відновлення здоров’я людини.

The author notes that professional competence describes the ability of a specialist in physical rehabilitation independently set and solve new professional task of rehabilitation measures. Higher physical education entered a period of fundamental change, characterized by new understanding of goals, values, quality and awareness of the need to move to lifelong learning and innovative conceptual approach in the development and use of modern teaching technology. In this regard, one of the main directions of developing the future mobile and higher physical education, along with the level of quality and providing greater accessibility for all population groups’ focus is to provide training to new information and communication technologies. The article stressed that the present position of the future expert in physical rehabilitation should have modern information and communication technologies, able to transform knowledge and teamwork, enhance professional competence in the field of restoration of health. Indicators professional competence of specialists in physical rehabilitation include: overall set objectively necessary knowledge and skills; the ability to properly dispose of them in the performance of their functions; knowledge of the possible consequences of certain actions; practical experience in rehabilitation activities; the result of work to restore health; flexibility method and critical thinking; professional positions, individual psychological quality and acmeological invariants. According to the author, professional competence of the expert in physical rehabilitation is seen as the domain of human ability and the ability to perform certain labor functions to restore lost functions of the organism or individual organs and the restoration of physical qualities.
