Психологічні особливості розвитку толерантності майбутніх вчителів

Дисертація присвячена проблемі дослідження психологічних особливостей та характеристик розвитку толерантності майбутніх вчителів. Проаналізовано основні
концептуальні підходи до вивчення проблеми толерантності, визначено зміст поняття
"толерантність майбутнього вчителя", структуру толерантності як цілісного утворення, що включає диспозиційний, когнітивний, емоційний та поведінковий компоненти. Досліджені психологічні особливості, критерії та рівні розвитку толерантності, її динаміка на різних етапах навчання у ВНЗ. Виявлено базові фактори, які визначають розвиток толерантності студентів – майбутніх вчителів: "прийняття іншого", "комунікативні установки", "самоприйняття" та "емпатія". Визначено психолого-педагогічні умови ефективності впливу інноваційних активних засобів на розвиток у майбутніх вчителів ціннісно-смислової мотивації самовизначення та комплексу знань, умінь і навичок толерантної взаємодії. Обґрунтовано, розроблено, апробовано та доведено ефективність програми розвитку толерантності у вигляді спецкурсу "Психологія толерантності" з використанням технологій конструктивної зміни поведінки засобами активного соціально-психологічного навчання.

Dissertation is dedicated to the problem of the research of psychological peculiarities and characteristics of the development of future teachers’ tolerance. Main conceptual approaches to the study of the problem of tolerance have been analyzed, the content of the concept “future teachers’ tolerance”, the structure of tolerance as the whole formation that includes dispositional, cognitive, emotional and behavioral components have been
determined. Psychological peculiarities, criteria and levels of the development of tolerance, its dynamics at different stages of studying at high educational establishments have been studied. Fundamental factors, which distinguish the development of students’ (future teachers’) tolerance have been elicited: “acceptance others”, “communicative set”, “self-acceptance” and “empathy”. Psychology and pedagogical conditions of effective influence of innovational active instruments on the development in future teachers value and sense motivation of self-determination, body of knowledge and skills have been determined. The efficiency of the program of the development of tolerance in the form of a special course of study “Psychology of tolerance” with the use of technologies of a complete change in behavior by means of active social and psychological study has been proved, devised, tested and approved.
