Застосування плавання у адаптивному фізичному вихованні дітей з розладами спектру аутизму

Багатьом дітям з аутизмом властиві порушення регуляції м‘язової діяльності, в результаті цього своєчасно не
формується контроль за руховими актами, виникають труднощі у формуванні довільних рухів, в становленні їх
цілеспрямованості і координованості, страждає просторове орієнтування. Метою даної роботи було встановити вплив
плавання як засобу адаптивного фізичного виховання на поведінку, емоційний стан, координацію рухів та якість життя
дітей з розладами спектру аутизму. В результаті занять у них спостерігається покращання поведінки: зменшення
агресії та аутоагресії, зниження частоти виникнення стереотипних рухів, зниження опозиційних проявів, поліпшення
емоційного стану, покращення вольових якостей, підвищення координації і вправності рухів, поліпшенню розвитку
шкільних навичок письма і малювання. За результатами експертної оцінки, на фоні зростання результатів вправності
рухів, формування навичок плавання, значного зростання позитивних емоцій, набуття навичок комунікації відбувається суттєве зниження проблемної поведінки. Заняття плаванням є потужним сенсорним стимулом для дітей з РАС, вони
сприяють суттєвому зростанню якості життя як дітей, так їхніх батьків. Можна рекомендувати індивідуальні заняття
плаванням для дітей з РАС як ефективний засіб адаптивного фізичного виховання.

Many children with autism are characterized by disorders of the regulation of muscle activity, as a
result of which timely control of motor acts is not formed, difficulties arise in the formation of arbitrary movements, in the formation of
their purposefulness and co-ordination, suffers spatial orientation. The purpose of this work was to determine the effect of swimming
as a means of adaptive physical education on behavior, emotional state, coordination of movements and quality of life of children
with autism spectrum disorders. Material and methods: pedagogical observations, pedagogical experiment, method of expert
assessments, questionnaires. Results:
It is established that swimming is a powerful sensory stimulus for children with ASD. As a result of their studies, there is an
improvement in behavior: reducing aggression and autoaggression, reducing the frequency of stereotyped movements, reducing
oppositional manifestations, improving emotional state, improving volitional qualities, improving coordination and skill movements,
and improving the development of school writing skills and drawing. According to the results of an expert assessment of the
psychophysical state of children with ASD attending swimming classes, it can be argued that, against the backdrop of growing
results of snoring movements, the formation of swimming skills, a significant increase in positive emotions, the acquisition of
communication skills, there is a significant reduction in problem behavior. The central nervous system "learn" to rotate the nerves in
the work of the organs and close the brain in an adequate picture of the behavior of organisms. Swimming activities are a powerful
sensory stimulus for children with PAC. Conclusions: swimming is a powerful sensory stimulus for children with ASD. Swimming
activities contribute to a significant increase in the quality of life of both children from the PAC and their parents. You can recommend
individual swimming lessons for children with ASD as an effective means of adaptive physical education.
