Особливості застосування фізичної реабілітації при трубно-перитонеальному безплідді

В статті подані результати практичного використання комплексної програми фізичної реабілітації у пацієнток репродуктивного віку з трубно-перитонеальним безпліддям. Визначенні особливості та об’єм застосування таких методів, як гінекологічний масаж, ЛФК, спеціальні вправи Кегеля. Подані результати та оцінка ефективності використаного на практиці запропонованого відновлювального комплексу.

В статье поданные результаты практического использования комплексной программы физической реабилитации у пациенток репродуктивного возраста с трубно-перитонеальным бесплодием. Определены особенности и объем применения таких методов, как гинекологический массаж, ЛФК, специальные упражнения Кегеля. Поданные результаты и оценка эффективности использованного на практике предложенного обновительного комплекса.

The article contains data on infertility in Ukraine and abroad. According to the official statistics, in recent years, Ukraine has 12.3 million women; the incidence of infertility in couples of reproductive age is 10-15%. Today Ukraine is considered infertile every 4th marriage, which is about 1.5 million men and women. Among the various components of female infertility tubal-peritoneal factor considered one of the leading causes. According to leading experts it is 30-74% of all cases of female infertility. Significant role in the etiopathogenesis of tubal-peritoneal infertility surgery play a variety of diagnostic manipulation of the pelvic organs that contribute to the occurrence of adhesive process. In these pathological changes in the physical rehabilitation should be conducted physical therapy, psychological and social rehabilitation at all levels of the rehabilitation process, taking into account individual pathology course of each patients using a rich arsenal of modern methods of rehabilitation. In the restored fertility in the tubal-peritoneal infertility are among the leaders practical use of comprehensive physical rehabilitation program in patients of reproductive age. There are the features and scope of application techniques such as pelvic massage, exercise therapy, special Kegel’s exercises in the article. The results and evaluation of efficiency used in practice the proposed rehabilitation complex. In a study attended by 28 women aged 23 to 38 years (mean age 31,3 ± 1,3 years) with secondary tubal infertility-peritoneum. Over the next year after a course of rehabilitation became pregnant and gave birth to 7 (25%) patients, of those that were involved in the study and were offered to a comprehensive program of physical rehabilitation.
