Організація методичної роботи в освітніх установах з розвитку творчого потенціалу педагогів-вихователів

У статті розкрито проблеми організації методичної роботи педагогів-вихователів у закладах освіти; обґрунтовано основні завдання, мету та напрями, що забезпечують успішність процесів особистісно-професійного розвитку педагогів у закладах дошкільної освіти. Розглянуто організацію методичної роботи з вихователями як одну зі складових управління освітою, яка передбачає професійну спрямованість на розвиток власного творчого потенціалу. Обґрунтовано форми та зміст методичної роботи щодо розвитку творчого потенціалу педагогів-вихователів. Методична робота характеризується наявністю чіткої, упорядкованої сукупності принципів, функцій, завдань, форм, передбачених результатів, а також організаційної структури.

В статье раскрыты проблемы организации методической работы педагогов-воспитателей в учреждениях образования; обоснованы основные задачи, цели и направления, обеспечивающие успешность процессов личностно-профессионального развития педагогов в учреждениях дошкольного образования. Рассмотрена организация методической работы с воспитателями как одна из составляющих управления образованием, которая предусматривает профессиональную направленность на развитие собственного творческого потенциала. Обоснованны формы и содержание методической работы по развитию творческого потенциала педагогов-воспитателей. Методическая работа характеризуется наличием четкой, упорядоченной совокупности принципов, функций, задач, форм, предусмотренных результатов, а также организационной структуры.

The article deals with the problems of organizing methodical work of educators in educational institutions; grounded the main tasks, goals and directions that ensure the success of the processes of personal and professional development of teachers in preschool establishments. The organization of methodical work with educators as one of the components of the education department, which provides for a professional focus on the development of their own creative potential, is considered. The forms and content of methodical work on the development of creative potential of educators-educators are substantiated. Methodological work is characterized by the presence of a clear, orderly set of principles, functions, tasks, forms, intended results, as well as organizational structure. The system of forms of methodological work consists in the combination of methodical measures corresponding to its purpose and giving teachers the right to free choice of those forms that take into account the needs, demands and interests of modern educators-educators.It is known that the organization of methodological work in various educational institutions is determined by the educational goal, the conditions, the general concept of the development of the institution in accordance with the directions of methodological work. The modern system of organization of methodical work with the teachers of pre-school establishments requires solving the corresponding tasks of methodical work, namely: informational support of pedagogical workers on problems of pedagogy, psychology; assistance in the development of the skills and skills of independent work for teachers in order to continuously improve their skills and improve pedagogical skills; approbation and introduction of new educational technologies and systems; comprehensive development of creative abilities of teachers, formation of skills in research work in them, interest in new pedagogical technologies; improvement of methodological training of pedagogical personnel.
