Науково-методичний супровід розвитку професіоналізму шкільних бібліотекарів у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність створення ефективних технологій розвитку професіоналізму шкільних
бібліотекарів, націлених на систематичну актуалізацію їх знань, на постійне професійне зростання. Автором статті
представлена технологія науково-методичного супроводу розвитку професіоналізму шкільних бібліотекарів у системі
післядипломної педагогічної освіти, яка має забезпечити системний безперервний розвиток професіоналізму шкільних
бібліотекарів, визначено її мету, змістовну складову, методи, етапи.

В статье обоснована необходимость создания эффективных технологий развития профессионализма школьных
библиотекарей, нацеленных на систематическую актуализацию их знаний, на постоянный профессиональный рост.
Автором статьи представлена технология научно-методического сопровождения развития профессионализма
школьных библиотекарей в системе последипломного педагогического образования, которая должна обеспечить
систематическое непрерывное развитие профессионализма школьных библиотекарей; определены ее цель,
содержательная составляющая, методы, этапы.

With the continuous expansion of information space, the development of information networks, the role and functions of the
school librarian in information -saturated environment has increased. Now from school librarians along with teachers and professors
primarily depends on the possibility of real improvement information culture of students. This requires continuous professional
development, through the establishment of effective technology professional development of school librarians. The need for such
technologies aimed at systematic updating of knowledge of school librarians on continuous professional development determined the
choice of subject article.
Most researchers say lack of continuous professional education of librarians , emphasize the importance of not only training,
but also professional development specialist with a high set of professional competencies that can be aware of the changes taking
place . However, analysis of scientific literature and publications focus on issues of practical library found in virtually tion presented
modern technology professional development of school librarians . Therefore, we consider appropriate to introduce the technology
we developed teaching of professional school librarians in the system of postgraduate education.
The purpose of the article: open educational technology, which should provide a systematic continuous professional
development of school librarians , to define its purpose, content component methods, stages.
Introducing our proposed educational technology training courses for school librarians and mizhkursovyy time ensure
compliance with the principle of continuous professional development of school librarians and their continuity mastering new content
that meets andragogical approach in Postgraduate Education.
The article does not cover all aspects of the problem. Promising areas of research this issue we include experimental
introduction of technology scientific and methodological support for the development of professional school librarians in the system of
postgraduate education.
