До проблеми формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності учнів загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів

У статті проаналізований зміст освітньої галузі «Здоров’я і фізична культура» у Державних стандартах початкової та базової і повної загальної середньої освіти. З’ясовано, що зміст галузі побудований на компетентнісних засадах. Вимагають доопрацювання мета, завдання, перелік знань, вмінь і навичок, які знаходяться в основі формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності учнів. Пропонується розглянути можливість викладання предмету «Основи здоров’я» у старшій школі для забезпечення наступності і системності у формуванні здоров’язбережувальної компетентності.

В статье проанализировано содержание образовательной отрасли «Здоровье и физическая культура» в Государственных стандартах начального, базового и полного общего среднего образования. Выяснено, что содержание отрасли построено на основах компетентности. Требуют доработки цель, задачи, перечень знаний, умений и навыков, которые находятся в основе формирования здоровьесберегающей компетентности учащихся. Предлагается рассмотреть возможность преподавания предмета «Основы здоровья» в старшей школе для обеспечения преемственности и системности в формировании здоровьесберегающей компетентности.

The article analyzes the content of the education sector «Health and physical education» in the State standards primary, basic and complete secondary education. It is found that the content industry is built on the foundations of competence. Need further development goal, objectives, a list of knowledge, skills and abilities that are the basis of the formation of health care of student competence. It is proposed to consider the possibility of teaching the subject «Basics of health» in high school to ensure continuity and consistency in the formation of health competence. The analysis of the content of the learning area Health and physical education primary, basic and complete secondary education was carried out at the State standard of primary education and the State standard of basic and secondary education. The educational area of Health and physical education in the elementary secondary education is represented by two items: «Basics of health» and «Physical culture»; elementary and secondary education ‒ three: «Basics of health», «Physical culture» and «Defense of the Fatherland» invariant part of the curriculum. According content of the educational field of «Health and physical education» in elementary school is a health and physical education; secondary ‒ health, physical education, life safety, protection of the Fatherland and civil defense. During the analysis of the content of the learning area Health and physical education primary, basic and complete secondary education formulated a few suggestions: there is a need to clarify the essence of the concept «health competence» or in search of more suitable terms; job content line «Basics of health» require minor corrections and improvements in primary school and substantial improvement in primary and secondary schools in accordance with the purpose and logic of mastering the content of the subject «basics of health», it is necessary to specify the list of knowledge, skills and abilities that are in the basis of health competence, the task to harmonize with modern science, components of health competence; the list of state level requirements for the preparation of elementary school students requires careful handling, and for high ‒ clarification and minor correction regarding the observance of the principle of conservation of conformity; to offer the teaching of the subject «Basics
of health» in high school, the emphasis of the content to make on the prevention of non-communicable diseases, reproductive health, formation of family values, the value of the relationship with the family, providing emotional security of the person.
