Рівень, структура і динаміка корупційної злочинності в Україні в період 2014-2018 років

На основі статистичних даних Генеральної прокуратури та судової статистики досліджено рівень, структуру та динаміку корупційної злочинності в Україні за період 2014- 2018 років. Предметом аналізу стали ті злочини, які визначені як безумовно корупційні згідно з приміткою ст. 45 Кримінального кодексу України. На підставі аналізу статистичних даних визначаються найбільш поширені види корупційних злочинів. Проведений статистичний аналіз засвідчив “переломність” 2018 року, в якому суттєво зросла кількість зареєстрованих корупційних злочинів, у тому числі окремих їх видів, а також збільшився залишок нерозглянутих справ на початок звітного періоду, кількість справ, що надійшли, та тих, які були розглянуті, а також нерозглянутих на момент завершення звітного періоду справ.

Based on the statistics of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the judicial statistics, the level, structure and dynamics of corruption crime in Ukraine in 2014-2018 have been investigated. The subject of analysis was those crimes that were identified as unconditionally corrupt according to the note to art. 45 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of statistics, the most common types of corruption crimes are identified. The statistical analysis showed a “turning point” in 2018, which significantly increased the number of registered corruption crimes, including their individual types, as well as a significant increase in the number of pending cases at the beginning of the reporting period, the number of cases received and those considered, as well as the pending cases at the end of the reporting period. This is related to the following factors: intensification of the activities of law enforcement agencies, including anti-corruption bodies in the sphere of counteraction and combating corruption; increasing the influence of the international community on Ukraine in fulfilling its relevant commitments in the field of anti-corruption; introduction of electronic declaration and other factors.
