Психологiчнi засади розвитку особистостi учнiв в умовах вiйни

The aim of the article is to characterize the specifics of the
main directions of psychological development in the traumatic realities of
today, based on the concept of personal development in wartime conditions.
It is shown that in the context of war, personal development within
the framework of school education has acquired fundamental importance,
focusing not only on the acquisition of knowledge but also on the formation
of patriotism, morality, resilience, adaptability, leadership qualities
of Ukrainian students. The main directions of students’ psychological
development are highlighted: socio-psychological, moral, intellectual
development, the development of the ability to learn independently, as
well as the formation of the individual’s civic consciousness and the specifics
of their transformation under wartime conditions.
The effectiveness of the proposed concept is ensured by its focus on
the productive adaptation of the fundamental principles of student
development in the educational environment to the current realities of the
wartime state. The main advantage is that this concept becomes a tool for
supporting and strengthening the mental health of students, constructing
vital resources for living and assimilating the experience associated with
the war.
Taking the proposed concept in the construction of school education
content will contribute not only to the personal growth of the younger
generation but also to the formation of the ability for independent and
responsible activity in the changing conditions of social development.

Мета статтi полягає в тому, щоб на основi концепцiї психологiчного розвитку особистостi в умовах вiйни схарактеризувати специфiку основних його напрямiв у травмiвних реалiях сьогодення. Показано, що в умовах вiйни розвиток особистостi в контекстi шкiльної освiти набув принципового значення, бо вiн спрямовується не тiльки на здобуття знань, але й на формування в українських учнiв патрiотизму, моральностi, стiйкостi, адаптивностi, лiдерських якостей тощо. Висвiтлено основнi напрями психiчного розвитку учнiв: соцiально-психологiчний, моральний, iнтелектуальний розвиток, розвиток здатностi до самостiйного учiння, громадянська свiдомiсть особистостi; показано специфiку їх трансформацiї в умовах воєнного стану. Ефективнiсть запропонованої концепцiї забезпечується її спрямованiстю на продуктивну адаптацiю основоположних принципiв розвитку
школярiв в освiтньому середовищi до сучасних реалiй воєнного стану.
Основна її перевага полягає в тому, що зазначена концепцiя постає iнструментом пiдтримки та змiцнення ментального здоров’я учнiв, конструювання життєво необхiдних ресурсiв для проживання та асимiляцiї досвiду, пов’язаного з вiйною.
Врахування запропонованої концепцiї при конструюваннi змiсту
шкiльної освiти сприятиме не лише особистiсному зростанню молодого
поколiння, але й формуванню здатностi до самостiйної вiдповiдальної
дiяльностi у мiнливих умовах суспiльного розвитку.
