Інформаційні технології як основа і засіб реалізації інноваційних процесів в сучасній освіті

Обгрунтовано роль інформаційних технологій у процесі інноваційного розвитку освіти. Показано, що впровадження інформаційних освітніх технологій є одним з головних чинників становлення та розвитку інноваційно-інформаційного суспільства. Головною засадою впровадження даних технологій є висока інформаційна культура особистості, що базується на загальнолюдських цінностях і адекватній інноваційно-інформаційному суспільстві моделі морального виховання його членів. Наголошено, що впровадження інформаційних освітніх технологій грунтується на собистісно орієнтованому підході до процесу навчання, відмові від науко- та раціоцентризму, розвитку творчого потенціалу особистості, вільному вираженні нею власних поглядів і переконань, емоцій і почуттів. Розкрито об'єктивну зумовленість і потребу інформатизації освіти як єдиного засобу швидкісної передачі інформації, інтенсифікації навчально-виховного процесу, нарощування об'єму знань, підвищення дієвості контролю успішності учнів і студентів, розширення інтелектуальних можливостей учасників навчально-виховного процесу.

In dissertation the role of information technologies is grounded in the process of innovative development of education. It is shown that introduction of information educational technologies is one of main factors of becoming and development of innovative informative society. Main principles of introduction of information educational technologies is above all things a high informative culture of personality which is based on common to all mankind values and adequate innovative informative society model of moral education of his cocks.
It is marked that introduction of information educational technologies is based on the personality oriented approach to the process of studies, to the waver of nauko- and ratsiotsentrizmu, to development of creative potential of personality, free expression by it own looks and persuasions, emotions and senses and others like that.
An author is expose an objective conditionality and necessity of informatization of education as the unique mean of the speed passing to information, intensification of an educational-educate process, increase of volume of know ledges, increase of effectiveness of control of progress of students and students, expansion of intellectual possibilities of participants of an educational-educate process.
