Концептуально-методологiчнi пiдходи соцiальної фiлософiї науки: мiждисциплiнарний вимiр

Обґрунтування міждисциплінарної стратегії сучасної науки дозволяє виявити нову концептуальність філософії науки, яка репрезентує методологічне та епістемологічне оновлення проблематики. Метою статті є спрямування дослідницької уваги на виявлення міждисциплінарності соціальної філософії науки як взаємодії філософських та соціально-гуманітарних дисциплін і на такій основі репрезентувати осмислення проблематики невизначеності за допомогою поєднання методологічного та епістемологічного інструментарію. Теоретичні засади дослідження ґрунтуються на аналізі наукових концептуалізацій і методологічних підходів, які презентують зміну фокусу дослідження ситуацій невизначеності в межах теорії потенційних несподіванок, застосування методологічного концепту антикрихкості, підходу сценарного планування. Висвітлено, що завдяки міждисциплінарній взаємодії не лише налагоджується наукова комунікація, здійснюється перенесення теоретичних та емпіричних структур знання, але й відбувається рецепція методології та епістемічно-дискурсивних практик науки. Обґрунтовано поворот до проблематики соціальної філософії науки, соціальної і прикладної епістемології як нових міждисциплінарних напрямків. Висновки. Соціальна філософія науки є сучасним міждисциплінарним підходом філософії науки, яка взаємодіє з соціальною і прикладною епістемологією та описує сценарії для складних контекстів, де епістемічні суб’єкти взаємодіють між собою, щодо вироблення спільних рішень в проблемних та невизначених ситуаціях, розв’язання яких потребує використання методологічних та епістемологічних підходів.

The justification of the interdisciplinary strategy of modern science allows us to identify a new conceptuality of the philosophy of science, which represents the methodological and epistemological renewal of the problem. The aim of the article is to direct research attention to identifying the interdisciplinarity of the social philosophy of science as an interaction of philosophical and social and humanitarian disciplines and on this basis to represent the understanding of the problem of uncertainty by combining methodological and epistemological tools. The theoretical foundations of the study are based on the analysis of scientific conceptualizations and methodological approaches, which present a change in the focus of research on situations of uncertainty within the framework of the potential surprise theory, the application of the methodological concept of antifragility, and the scenario planning approach. It is highlighted that thanks to interdisciplinary interaction, not only scientific communication is established, theoretical and empirical structures of knowledge are transferred, but also the reception of methodology and epistemic-discursive practices of science takes place. The turn to the issues of social philosophy of science, social and applied epistemology as new interdisciplinary directions is justified. Conclusions. Social philosophy of science is a modern interdisciplinary approach to the philosophy of science that interacts with social and applied epistemology and describes scenarios for complex contexts where epistemic subjects interact with each other to develop joint solutions in problematic and uncertain situations, the solution of which requires the use of methodological and epistemological approaches.
