Експериментальна перевірка ефективності методичної системи застосування фітнес-технологій на заняттях із фізичного виховання студентів

Характеристика експериментальної перевірки ефективності методичної системи на заняттях із фізичного виховання студентів на основі фітнес-технологій присвячена розробленим критеріям і визначенню показників і рівнів застосуванням фітнес-технологій на заняттях із фізичного виховання студентів, опису методики проведення науково-педагогічного експерименту, аналізу результатів і статистичній перевірці гіпотези дослідження. Упровадження методичної системи у навчально-виховному процесі фізичного виховання підтвердило, що фізичне виховання у закладах вищої педагогічної освіти суттєво активізує навчальний процес, підтримує високу працездатність студентів протягом навчального дня, сприяє активізації розумових процесів. З’ясовано, що оволодіння певною системою знань, умінь і навичок застосування фітнес-технологій дозволяє залучити більше студентів до здорового способу життя, занять спортом для всіх, краще підготуватися студентам до майбутньої професійної діяльності, розширити науково-пізнавальний потенціал, забезпечити тривале збереження здоров’я та працездатності.

Characteristics of the experimental verification of the effectiveness of the methodological
system in the classes on physical education of students on the basis of fitness technologies is devoted to the developed criteria and the definition of indicators and levels of the use of fitness technologies in classes on physical education of students, a description of the methodology of conducting a scientific and pedagogical experiment, analysis of results and statistical verification of the hypothesis research. Comprehensive analysis of numerous scientific and pedagogical sources has made it possible to state that
fitness technology is a complex multifunctional structure, the main components of which are the ability and readiness of students to carry out productive educational and training activities. Implementation of the methodological system in the educational process of
physical education confirmed that physical education in institutions of higher pedagogical education substantially activates the educational process at the university, supports the high efficiency of students during the school day, promotes the activation of mental processes. It is determined that the mastery of a certain system of knowledge, skills and abilities of using fitness technologies allows attracting more students to a healthy lifestyle, playing sports for all, better preparing students for future professional activities, expanding their scientific and cognitive potential, ensuring long-term preservation of health i and disability. It was investigated that students of experimental groups less pass educational classes on physical education, better attend classes in sections and groups
of fitness technologies, are involved in the implementation of morning hygienic gymnastics, more actively participate in sport and mass sports and recreation activities held at the university, city.
