Глобальні тренди розвитку освіти ХХІ століття

Аналізуються основні тренди розвитку освіти в глобальному освітньому просторі; автор підкреслює, що чвертьстолітній досвід цивілізації ХХІ ст. виокремлює комплекс трендів, за якими вона має розгортатись у майбутньому. Провідними серед них, скажімо, в царині економіки, є перехід більшості народів і культур до ринкових відносин; у політиці – до демократії; в системі соціальних комунікацій – до толерантності; у сфері загальної організації життєвого процесу – до моделі відкритого суспільства та сталого людського розвитку і т.д. Не є виключенням і така людиноємна сфера життєвого процесу, як освіта і наука. Оскільки саме завдяки освіті (і науці), яка забезпечує підготовку людини до самостійного життя, формуються її перспективні уявлення щодо майбутнього цивілізаційного розвитку людства, важливо проаналізувати глобальні тренди розвитку освіти, що заявили про себе наприкінці ХХ – у перші десятиліття ХХІ століття або ж вийдуть на передній план у його наступній чверті. Головними документами, які фіксують означені тренди, є Велика хартія університетів (Magna Charta Universitatum, 1988), Лісабонська конвенція про визнання кваліфікацій з вищої освіти в європейському регіоні (Лісабон, 1997); Болонська конвенція (або Болонська декларація) – угода щодо стандартизації підходів до організації навчального процесу і функціонування вищої школи в Європейському Союзі, прийнята у 1999 р. Важливими для визначення основних трендів розвитку освіти є й інші документи, серед яких значний вплив мають «Державна національна програма "Освіта" ("Україна XXI століття", 1993), «Національна доктрина розвитку освіти України у ХХІ ст.» (2002), «Нова українська школа» (2017) та ін.

The main trends of education development in the global educational space are analyzed;
the author emphasizes that the four hundred years of experience of XXI century civilization
identifies the set of trends that it should unfold in the future. Leading among them, say, in the realm of economics, is the transition of most peoples and cultures to market relations; in politics – towards democracy; in the system of social communications – to tolerance; in the field of general organization of life process – to the model of open society and sustainable human development, etc. It is no exception and such a human sphere of life process, as education and science. Because it is through education (and science) that prepares a person for an independent life, that his perspective ideas are formed regarding the future civilizational development of mankind, it is important to analyze the global trends in educational development that they declared at the end of the XX – in the first decades of the XXI century, or the foreground in his next quarter. The main documents that capture these trends are the Magna Charta Universitatum, 1988, the Lisbon Convention on the Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications in the European Region (Lisbon, 1997); The Bologna Convention (or the Bologna Declaration) is an agreement on the standardization of approaches to the organization of the educational process and the
functioning of higher education in the European Union, adopted in 1999. Other documents
that are important for determining the main trends in the development of education are, among which the «State National Program "Education"» ("Ukraine of the XXI Century", 1993), «The National Doctrine of Development of Education of Ukraine in the 21st Century» (2002), «New Ukrainian School» (2017) and others.
