Формування фахової компетентності майбутніх техніків-технологів у процесі вивчення професійно орієнтованих дисциплін

Дисертацію присвячено проблемі формування фахової компетентності майбутніх техніків-технологів у процесі вивчення професійно орієнтованих дисциплін. Визначено структуру фахової компетентності техніка-технолога, що містить етично-поведінковий, соціальний, мотиваційний, когнітивний і процесуальний компоненти, які складають інтеграційну єдність і формуються блоками основних компетенцій: загальнокультурних, соціально-психологічних, загальнопрофесійних і спеціальних. Запропоновано, обгрунтовано й перевірено організаційно-педагогічні умови (поєднання компетентнісного та особистісно-діяльнісного підходів під час вивчення професійно орієнтованих дисциплін; врахування в змісті професійно орієнтованих дисциплін вимог роботодавця, інновацій у техніці, технологіях виробництва, організації праці; інтеграція знань із дисциплін циклів математичної, природничо-наукової та професійно-практичної підготовки); розроблені критерії (мотиваційно-ціннісний, змістово-когнітивний, операційно-діяльнісний, особистіснокорпоративний), показники та рівні сформованості фахової компетентності; запропонована модель формування фахової компетентності майбутнього техніка-технолога.

The thesis is dedicated to the the problem of the professional competence of the future technician-technologist formation in the process of studying the professionally oriented disciplines. The structure of the professional competence of the technician-technologist is defined. It contains ethically-behavioral, social, motivational, cognitive and occupational components that make up the integrated unity and are formed with the core competencies blocks: of general cultural, socio-psychological, general professional and special. The organizational and pedagogical conditions are proposed, substantiated and verified (the combination of competence, personal and occupational approaches during the study of professionally oriented disciplines; the requirements of the employer, innovation in technology, technology of production and labor organization taking into account in the table of contents of professionally oriented disciplines; integration of knowledge from the disciplines of cycles of mathematical, natural science, and vocational and practical training). Criterions (motivational, values, cognitive, occupational, personal and corporate), indicators and the level of professional competence are developed. The model of the professional components formation of the future technician-technologist is proposed.
