Пріоритети державного регулювання підприємництва в сучасних умовах в Україні

У статті визначені пріоритети державного регулювання підприємництва в сучасних умовах в Україні. Автор стверджує, що наявні особливості державного регулювання підприємництва в Україні – прорахунки і недоліки у закріпленій на державному рівні концепції державного регулювання підприємництва; деформації у розвитку великого бізнесу та формальна спрямованість на розвиток середнього і малого бізнесу – зумовлюють активізацію зусиль держави. Основними пріоритетними діями держави в сучасних умовах мають стати: радикальна перебудова взаємин держави та підприємницького сектору в фінансово-кредитній сфері; активізація зусиль держави у стимулюванні продукування інновацій підприємницьким сектором та здійсненні інноваційного прориву в економіці України та зміна формальної, декларативної боротьби з корупцією та тіньовою економікою на дієві і реальні механізми усунення позаринкових форм впливу на економіку в цілому, та підприємництво зокрем

The paper defines the priorities of state regulation of business in modern conditions in Ukraine. The author argues that the available features of state regulation of business in Ukraine - the failures and shortcomings fixed at the state level the concept of state regulation of business; deformation in the development of big business and focus on the formal development of the middle and small businesses - are responsible for the increased efforts of the state. The main priority actions of the state in modern conditions should be: a radical restructuring of the relationship and the business sector in the financial sphere; revitalization efforts of the state in promoting development of innovation business sector and the implementation of an innovative breakthrough in the ukrainian economy and changes in formal, declarative fight against corruption and the shadow economy in the effective and real mechanisms to eliminate non-market forms of influence on the economy in general and business in particular
