Інноваційні підходи до впровадження інтерактивних моделей навчання іноземних мов у підготовці студентів сфери обслуговування

Стаття присвячена дослідженню та аналізу інтерактивних моделей викладання іноземних мов у закладах вищої освіти при підготовці фахівців для сфери обслуговування. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена стрімкими змінами на ринку праці та необхідністю адаптації навчального процесу до вимог сучасності.
Мета статті полягає у визначенні інноваційних підходів до впровадження інтерактивних моделей, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності вивчення іноземних мов студентами, що обирають сферу обслуговування.
Для досягнення мети в ході дослідження було вирішено ряд завдань: визначено суть поняття «інтерактивна модель навчання» та її переваги порівняно з традиційними моделями навчання; проаналізовано стан впровадження інтерактивних моделей навчання у вітчизняних закладах вищої освіти та методів, застосування яких вони передбачають; запропоновано інноваційні підходи до впровадження таких моделей у підготовці майбутніх фахівців сфери обслуговування. В процесі дослідження використані загальнонаукові методи пізнання: критичного аналізу, синтезу інформації, індукції та дедукції. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що впровадження інтерактивних моделей навчання іноземних мов, які поєднуються з традиційними моделями підготовки конкурентоспроможних фахівців сфери обслуговування, потребує інноваційних підходів. Такими підходами є: імерсивне навчання, використання сучасних технологій в мовному навчанні, використання віртуальної реальності (VR), співпраця з викладачами-носіями мови та інші.
Практичне значення дослідження полягає в можливості застосування отриманих результатів у покращенні процесу вивчення іноземних мов студентами, які готуються до роботи в сфері обслуговування, зокрема, за допомогою новаторських підходів, що підвищують якість навчання та готовність випускників до викликів сучасного ринку праці.

The article is devoted to the study and analysis of interactive models of teaching foreign languages in higher education institutions in the training of specialists for the service sphere. The relevance of the study is due to the rapid changes in the labor market and the need to adapt the educational process to the requirements of the present.
The objective of the article is to identify innovative approaches to the implementation of interactive models aimed at improving the effectiveness of foreign language learning by students who choose the service sphere. In order to achieve this goal, the study solved a number of tasks: the essence of the concept of "interactive learning model" and its advantages over traditional learning models are defined; the state of implementation of interactive learning models in domestic higher education institutions and the methods they involve are analyzed; innovative approaches to the implementation of such models in the training of future service professionals are proposed. The study used general scientific methods of cognition: critical analysis, information synthesis, induction and deduction.
The study found out that the introduction of interactive models of teaching foreign languages, which are combined with traditional models of training competitive service professionals, requires innovative approaches. Such approaches include: immersive learning, the use of modern technologies in language teaching, the use of virtual reality (VR), collaboration with native-speaking teachers, etc. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results to improve the process of learning foreign languages by students ready to work in the service sphere, in particular, through innovative approaches that improve the quality of education and the readiness of graduates to meet the challenges of the modern labour market.
