Определение личностных качеств успешного тренера в футболе

В данной статье установлено, что педагогическая деятельность тренера характеризуется системой
профессиональных знаний и умений, в которой высокие моральные индивидуально-психологические качества сочетаются
со знанием основных тенденций, направленных на развитие и совершенствование качеств футболистов. Определено, что
личность успешного тренера состоит из особенностей мотивационной, интеллектуальной, эмоционально-волевой
сферы, а также сферы самосознания. Показано, что индивидуальный стиль волевой активности каждого тренера
составляют волевые качества.

У даній статті встановлено, що
педагогічна діяльність тренера характеризується системою професійних знань і умінь, в якій високі моральні індивідуально-
психологічні якості поєднуються зі знаннями основних тенденцій, спрямованих на розвиток і вдосконалення якостей
футболістів. Визначено, що особистість успішного тренера складається з особливостей мотиваційної, інтелектуальної,
емоційно-вольової сфери, а також сфери самосвідомості. Показано, що індивідуальний стиль вольової активності кожного
тренера складають вольові якості.

style depends on a number of factors: personal characteristics and psychological characteristics of the coach, his social status and
prestige, the structure of relations in the collectives, its maturity and standing pered its objectives.
Activity coach junior teams should be not so much a guide young players, but in helping children to discover the magic of this
game in which they should be able to think independently. The coach should know that too many patches will not help him in the future
to prepare creative players.
In this article, we found that teaching activity is characterized by the trainer system of professional knowledge and skills, in which
the high moral individual psychological qualities are combined with the knowledge of the main trends, aimed at developing and improving
as a player. It was determined that the person is a successful coach of the features motivational, intellectual, emotional and volitional,
and identity sphere. It has been shown that the individual style of each coach volitional activity constitute volitional qualities.
