Визначення показників розумової працездатності і властивостей уваги у юних баскетболісток 11 – 12 років

У статті розглядаються питання психофізіологічних показників розвитку організму юних баскетболісток, а саме: розумової працездатності та концентрації уваги в період ігрового сезону Чемпіонату України серед дівчат 11 – 12 років. Виявлені характеристики розумової працездатності і концентрації уваги у юних баскетболісток підтверджують те, що вік 12 років є важливим і відповідальним періодом, коли може бути організована цілеспрямована педагогічна робота по формуванню індивідуального стилю ігрової діяльності. Проведено кореляційний аналіз між фізичною і технічною підготовленістю та психофізіологічними показниками досліджуваних дівчат.

The article considers the issues of psychophysiological indicators of the development of the body of young basketball players, namely: mental capacity and concentration during the game season of the Championship of Ukraine among girls 11-12 years. The data of scientific and methodical literatureconfirm the influence of basketball on the functional and psychophysiological processes of players, in particular, on memory, attention, operational thinking, mental capacity. The following research methods were used: analysis and generalization of psychological-pedagogical and educational-methodical literature, pedagogical testing to determine the level of physical and technical readiness of young basketball players, psychophysiological methods and methods of mathematical statistics. To determine the mental capacity of young basketball players used the well-known method of "Schulte Table"; Proofreading tables (Landolt's rings) were used to assess the attention span of girls basketball players. The identified characteristics of mental capacity and concentration in young basketball players confirm that the age of 12 is an important and responsible period when purposeful pedagogical work can be organized to form an individual style of play. A study of the psychophysiological features of the development of the body of girls basketball players, where it was found that during the Games of the Championship of Ukraine mental performance and attention properties are significantly increased. A correlation analysis between physical and technical fitness and psychophysiological indicators of the studied girls was performed.
