Концепція професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту до рекреаційно-оздоровчої діяльності

У статті розкрито сутність системного, діяльнісного, аксіологічного, культурологічного, компетентісного,
особистісно орієнтованого та модульного методологічних підходів, які слугували орієнтиром для розроблення концепції. На
підставі теоретичного аналізу наукової літератури складено професіограму фахівця з фізичного виховання та спорту, яка б
відповідала запитам працедавців щодо ефективного проведення фізичної рекреації.
Розроблено основні положення концепції професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту до рекреаційно-оздоровчої діяльності.

В статье раскрыта сущность системного, деятельностного, аксиологического, культурологического,
компетентностного, личностно ориентированного и модульного методологических подходов, которые были ориентиром для
разработки концепции. На основании теоретического анализа научной литературы составлена профессиограмма
специалиста по физическому воспитанию и спорту, соответствующая запросам работодателей по эффективному
проведению физической рекреации.
Разработаны основные положения концепции профессиональной подготовки будущих специалистов по физическому
воспитанию и спорту к рекреационно-оздоровительной деятельности.

Aim of the paper is to develop the principles of recreational and health-related training for prospective specialists in physical
education and sport.
The theoretical analysis of scientific literature allowed for distinguishing a complex of personal qualities that are socially important
and professionally significant for prospective specialists in physical education and sports; allowed for developing a physical education
professiogram, meeting the needs of employers for effective recreational and health activities..
Methodological approaches that served the basis of our concept include: systemic, axiological, cultural, competence-oriented,
learner-oriented, modular and activity approach.
The main principles of the concept are as follows:
 recreational and health-related training is a subsystem of higher physical education, aimed at developing the
competitiveness and mobility of prospective specialists in the global market economy that expands beyond the national borders;
 professional training for recreational and health activities comprises the factors of global academic community
transformations, humanization and liberalization of higher physical education, information environment of higher educational institution, and
the two-level system of specialists training in physical education and sport;
 content of teaching in higher education depends on the graduates’ recreation and health activities, the specific field of
study, and is reflected in the curriculum;
 professional training in physical education and sport takes full advantage of innovative teaching methods, essential for
the effective recreational activities;
 educational process of professional training in physical education and sport is based on the interaction with employers,
recreation and health centers, public and state organizations.
