Загальна характеристика керування у спортивно-педагогічних системах

У великому переліку розділів сучасної теорії і методики спортивного тренування та фізичного виховання
питання керування у спортивно-педагогічних системах займають особливе місце. Данна галузь знань, незважаючи на
високу потребу, розробляється не так інтенсивно, як вимагає час. Керування у спортивно-педагогічних системах
торкається проблеми взаємодії людей. Сучасний спорт вимагає від людей, які ним займаються, неординарності,
пов’язаної з фізичними і психічними навантаженнями. Звідси – стресові стани, що спричиняють нервове
перенавантаження, конфліктні ситуації «передстартові лихорадки» та інші негативні стани спортсмена.

In a large
list of issues in the field of of modern theory and methodology of sports training and physical education, the issue of management in
sports and pedagogical systems occupies a special place. This branch of knowledge, despite its high need, is not developing as
intensively as it is required nowadays. Management in sports and pedagogical systems is connected with the issue of interaction
between people. People engaged in modern sports, are expected to be flexible, while overcoming physical and mental stress. It
results in stressful conditions that cause nervous overload, conflict situations of the "premature fever" and other negative conditions
of the athlete. Timely applying necessary measures to neutralize the consequences of adverse situations, and other prevention
through the use of the principles of management will significantly improve the efficiency of the sports and pedagogical systems in
general and athletes’ individual functioning in particular.
It is necessary to systematize the accumulated data on the genesis, structure, and dynamics of management, as well as to
provide information and recommendations to physical education teachers, trainers, and athletes. The structural and functional
complexity of sports and pedagogical systems is understood as a separate category of research in connection with the fact that the
motor activity of a person belongs to complex probabilistic systems in which control acquires a special condition and is based on the
variety of feedback, and on overcoming excessive degrees of freedom of individual and group behavior.
