Базові компетенції майбутніх фахівців з фізичної терапії та ерготерапії у становленні професійної майстерності

У статті виділені, в системі блоків, базові компетенції: комунікативному, особистого удосконалення, когнітивному, інформаційному, емоційно-вольовому, соціальному та особистісному. У кожному з блоків виділені основні складові базових компетенцій майбутніх фахівців з фізичної терапії та ерготерапії, а також мету і завдання їх розвитку. Встановлено, що гармонійний розвиток базових компетенцій у майбутніх фахівців з фізичної терапії та ерготерапії є основою становлення їх професійної майстерності. Для формування базових компетенцій фахівців з фізичної терапії та ерготерапії є необхідним встановлення інтеграційних зв’язків між елементами системи змісту освіти. Також є необхідним виділення організаційно-педагогічних умов формування базових компетенцій фахівців з фізичної терапії та ерготерапії, які поділено на чотири групи: організаційні, змістовно-технологічні, контрольно-оцінні, акмеологічні.

The article highlights, in the system of blocks, basic competences: communicative, personal development, cognitive, informational, emotional-volitional, social and personal. In each of the blocks, the main components of the basic competences of future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy, as well as the purpose and tasks of their development are identified. It is established that the harmonious development of basic competences for future specialists in physical therapy and
ergotherapy is the basis for the development of their professional skills. To form the basic competencies of specialists in physical
therapy and ergotherapy, it is necessary to establish integration links between the elements of the educational content system. The subject structure of any curriculum conceals the danger because the whole will be obscured by its individual parts. In order to avoid this danger, it is necessary to ensure, during the construction of any educational system, the synthesis, integration, connection of parts to the whole. Specialists in the field of integrative content of education emphasize that in the content of training of future specialists in physical therapy it is necessary to ensure the synthesis, integration, unification of parts in a single whole. The tendency towards deeper integration of theoretical disciplines with productive activity is viewed. Integration is an expression of the unity of purpose, principles and content of the organization of the process of education and upbringing, the result - the basic competencies. It is also necessary to allocate organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of basic competencies of specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy, which are divided into four groups: organizational, content-technological, control and evaluation, acmeological.
