Проблема візуального відображення професійної спрямованості особистості майбутнього вчителя з позиції діатропічного підходу

У статті розглядається проблема візуального відображення багатомірності такого психолого-педагогічного об’єкта як професійна спрямованість особистості майбутнього вчителя з позиції діатропічного підходу. Діатропічний підхід дає можливість за допомогою застосування логіко-змістової моделі обрати професійну спрямованість особистості її тематичним ядром, встановити ключові структурні компоненти і основні конструкти кожної компоненти.

В статье рассматривается проблема визуального отображения многомерности такого психолого-педагогического объекта как профессиональная направленность личности будущего учителя с позиции диатропического подхода. Диатропический подход дает возможность с помощью применения логико-смысловой модели выбрать профессиональную направленность личности ее тематическим ядром, определить ключевые структурные компоненты и основные конструкты каждой компоненты.

The problem of the visual display of the multidimensionality of such psychological and pedagogical object as professional orientation of future teacher’s personality is analyzed in the article. The diatropic approach gives the opportunity with the help of the logical and meaningful model to choose the professional orientation of the personality to be as its thematic core and to define the key structural components and the main items of each component. The methodological concept of the diatropic approach is based on the defining of diatropia which studies the common properties of similarities and differences which are manifested in the large populations of the objects. Any science includes the diatropic aspect which contains such parts: the definition of the difference and the classification, the defining of the "core" and the "periphery", the randomness and the diversity of the system which enables to understand the structure of the system. Such approach in pedagogics enables to consider this phenomenon as the whole holistic process where the special attention is paid to the personality’s individuality, enables to distinguish the "nuclear" – central, stable constituents and the "peripheral" – dynamic, structural constituents of the pedagogical system. Due to this fact it is necessary to develop the dynamic model of the professional orientation of the personality.
To investigate the "core" and the dynamic constituents of such pedagogical system is only possible with the diatropic approach.
