Психологічні особливості творчого мислення лікаря

В статье рассмотрена проблема творческого мышления врача на основе системно-стратегической парадигмы. Совершен анализ причин ошибок, допущенных студентами-медиками при сдаче лицензионного экзамена на третьем курсе. Выделены ошибки сделанные в результате случайных подстановок. Установлено, что стратегия случайных подстановок связана с комплексными обобщениями в связи с недостаточно сформированными понятиями и недостаточным развитием рефлексивного мышления. Развитие стратегического рефлексивного мышление врача тесно связано с осознанностью и произвольным использованием различных уровней обобщения.

The problem of the creative way of thinking of a doctor is presented іn this article. It is based on the system of the strategic paradigma. The analyses of the reasons, of mistakes, which were made by medicine students, who where taking an license exam on the 3d grade was thoroughly done. It occurred that the strategy of the sudden substitutions is connected with complex generalization on the base of the undeveloped conceptions and reflective thinking. The development of the strategic and reflexing thinking of the doctor is closely connected with the awareness and free usage of the different levels of the communication.
