Неперервність освіти і конкурентоспроможність фахівця

У статті розглядається взаємозв‘язок неперервності фахової освіти та конкурентоспроможності сучасного фахівця; проаналізовано сутність неперервної фахової освіти, виокремлено її складові (базова професійна освіта, подальша професійна освіта, підвищення кваліфікації, навчання на робочому місці та самоосвіта) та графічно представлено їх. Обґрунтовано характерні ознаки неперервної фахової освіти (неперервність, наступність, послідовність, цілісність, системність та систематичність, комплексність, пріоритетність самостійності навчання фахівця) та визначено її результати.

В статье рассмотрена взаимосвязь непрерывного профессионального образования и конкурентоспособности современного специалиста; проанализировано содержание непрерывного профессионального образования, выделены его составные части (базовое профессиональное образование, дальнейшее профессиональное образование, повышение квалификации, обучение на рабочем месте и самообразование) и представлены графически. Обоснованы характерные признаки непрерывного образования (непрерывность, преемственность, последовательность, системность и систематичность, комплексность, приоритетность самостоятельного обучения специалиста), описаны его результаты.

The article deals with the problem of investigating the correlation between the continuous vocational education and training
with the competitiveness of an employee in the modern labour market. The scientific paradigm of lifelong education has become the strategic direction of training a new generation of employees.
The aim of the article is to analyze the continuous vocational education from the point of view of employee’s competitiveness. To achieve the set goal, the following research methods were applied: literature review, analysis and synthesis of the receive information. With the help of structural and functional method it became possible to determine the stages of continuous vocational education which increase the employee’s competitiveness. They are basic vocational training, further vocational training, upskilling, on-the-job training and self-education. It has been proved that self-education penetrates all the stages of continuous vocational education. Moreover, it gives not only the necessary knowledge and appropriate skills but also encourages the development of employee’s creative potential and richness of his/her inner world.
Another outcome of the research is the identification and substantiation of the features which determine the continuous character of vocational education. The major ones are continuity, sequence, integrity, systematic character, regularity, complexity, priority of self-learning. These features influence the degree of employee’s competitiveness, but they do not reflect the things that really do an employee competitive in the labour market. It has been explained in the article that the combination of employee’s available competences which are constantly upgraded and the new ones actually determine his or her competitiveness. It has been offered to name them "competitiveness skills".
All-said above made it possible to conclude that continuous vocational education and training are closely interdependent with an employee’s competitiveness.
