Індивідуально-психологічні чинники особистісного розвитку в період геронтогенезу

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене вивченню індивідуально-психологічних чинників особистісного розвитку в період геронтогенезу. У роботі представлені узагальнені результати наукової літератури теоретичного аналізу з проблеми старіння та розвитку особистості в період геронтогенезу, ставлення особистості до смерті як психологічної проблеми. Виявлені чинники, що впливають на розвиток особистості у пізньому віці (адаптація до періоду геронтогенезу, готовність особистості до заключної фази вітального циклу, творча активність). Описані типи стратегій адаптації в осіб похилого та старечого віку в період геронтогенезу. Встановлено, що неможливість занять творчістю прямо пов'язана з погіршенням стану здоров'я. Виникненню страху смерті сприяють негативні зміни здоров'я та наявність інтелектуально-мнестичних порушень. Виявлено, що у віці 66-75 років спостерігається посилення характерологічних особливостей, що свідчить про кризовий період. У формувальному експерименті доведено можливість розвитку особистості у пізньому віці. Обгрунтовано, розроблено та апробовано програми «Тренінг особистісного розвитку в період геронтогенезу» і «Тренінг з подолання страху смерті в період пізньої дорослості», які спрямовані на актуалізацію особистісного розвитку в період пізньої дорослості.

The subject of dissertation is research of the individually-psychological factors of personality’s development during the period of gerontological genesis. The generalized results of scientific literature of theoretical analysis are in-process presented on issue of aging and development of personality in the period of gerontological genesis, attitude of personality toward death as psychological problem. Factors that influence on development of personality in late agc(adaptation to the period of gerontological genesis, readiness of personality to the final phase of inlravital cycle, creative activity) are educed. The types of strategies of adaptation are described at the persons of age in the period of gerontological genesis. There were developed the models of aged people's adaptation to the gerontogencth period . It was established empirically the relation of creative activities inability and health deterioration. The health negative changes and intellectual-mental disorders contribute to the fear of death appearance. It was revealed that the personality traits which shows the crisis period has been increasing of age 66 to 75. The psychological correction programs and the psychotherapeutic programs for retirement age persons "The personal development training during late adulthood" and "The death fear overcoming training" that were developed and tested in the fonning experiment are proved to be adequate to the task. The test results comparative analysis showed that all participants of training groups have positive dynamics.
