Перспективи розвитку дитячо-юнацького спорту в Україні

Актуальність проблеми обумовлена потребою у системних змінах сфери фізичної культури і спорту в Україні, дитячо-юнацького спорту зокрема. Перспективою створення оптимальної для України моделі розвитку дитячо-юнацького спорту автор визначає запровадження шкільної клубної системи, яка дозволить працювати секціям з різних видів спорту, формувати збірні шкільні команди, організовувати проведення регулярних місцевих Чемпіонатів з участю команд усіх закладів середньої освіти міста, району, області. Не менш важливим є також розвиток професійних спортивних клубів. Моніторинг рентабельності спортивних шкіл для державного та місцевих бюджетів у відповідності до кількості вихованців та результатів їх спортивної діяльності дасть можливість ліквідувати безперспективні заклади з низьким рейтингом при відсутності власної спортивної бази. Автор визначає також необхідність розвитку системи взаємозв‘язків спортивних шкіл з державними, громадськими та приватними суб‘єктами у сфері фізичної культури.

The urgency of the problem studied by the author of the scientific article is due to the urgent need for systemic changes in the field of physical culture and sports in Ukraine, and especially children's and youth sports, which nurtures reserves and is a source of national teams. The results of the Olympic Games and the World and European Championships testify to the decline of Ukraine's sports position in world sports. The study of statistical data, the experience of Germany, France, Sweden and the United States allows us to conclude about the need for reform changes in the system of domestic children's and youth sports. It is a question of development of sports in secondary schools by introduction of school club system which will allow to work sections on various kinds of sports, to form combined school teams, to organize carrying out of regular local Championships with participation of teams of all establishments of secondary education of the city, area, area. Instead, the author proposes to monitor the profitability of the state and local budgets of existing children's and youth sports schools in accordance with the number of pupils and the results of their sports activities. Unpromising schools that do not provide adequate results, do not have their own sports facilities are subject to liquidation with the transfer of qualified personnel to educational institutions, in which the development of children's and youth sports will be carried out by qualified specialists under the guidance of sports director (deputy director of sports). According to the author, the system of relations of state and public entities in the field of physical culture and sports with sports federations, clubs, sports schools, as well as the system of partnership with investors, patrons, sponsors should also be recognized as an important factor in the development of children's and youth sports, ready to invest in the future of Ukrainian sports - children and youth.
