Інноваційні навчальні технології у мовній підготовці курсантів: адаптація до сучасних викликів

У статті проаналізовано вплив інноваційних технологій на процес вивчення англійської мови курсантами військових вищих навчальних закладів із метою покращення іншомовної підготовки. За результатами опитування двох цільових категорій (здобувачів освіти і викладачів англійської мови) підтверджено важливу роль застосування новітніх цифрових технологій у підвищенні мовленнєвих компетентностей і мотивації майбутніх офіцерів до вивчення англійської мови.
У праці сформульовано зміст інноваційних технологій і визначено шість ключових напрямів застосування у навчальному процесі: інтерактивні онлайн-платформи; мобільні додатки; дистанційні платформи; адаптивні навчальні платформи; системи віртуальної (VR) та доповненої (AR) реальності; мультимедійні технології. Зроблено заключення про підтримку переважною більшістю курсантів впровадження інноваційних технологій, зокрема мобільних додатків, відео- та аудіо- матеріалів, онлайн-курсів, що найбільш ефективно сприяють розвитку навичок слухання й говоріння. Також виявлено недостатню підготовленість викладачів до інтеграції цифрових технологій у навчальний процес, насамперед, через низький рівень їх обізнаності щодо можливостей і обмежень таких ресурсів.
На основі проведеного аналізу запропоновано рекомендації, які включають підвищення кваліфікації викладачів, проведення навчально-практичних семінарів, розробку методичних рекомендацій із використання інноваційних навчальних технологій та коригування організації проведення відкритих і показових аудиторних занять.
У висновках наголошено, що поєднання традиційних методів викладання з інноваційними технологіями сприяє створенню ефективного навчального середовища, підвищенню мотивації курсантів до вивчення англійської мови та розвитку їхньої іншомовної компетентності.

The article analyzes the impact of innovative technologies on the process of learning English by cadets in higher military educational institutions, aiming to enhance their foreign language training. Based on the results of a survey conducted among two target groups (cadets and English language teachers) the article highlights the significant role of modern digital technolo-gies in improving language proficiency and motivating future officers to learn English.
The paper formulates the content of innovative technologies and identifies six key areas of their application in the educational process: interactive online platforms, mobile applications, distance learning platforms, adaptive learning platforms, virtual and augmented reality systems, and multimedia technologies and applications. The study concludes that most cadets support the integration of innovative technologies, such as mobile applications, video and audio materials, and online courses, which effectively contribute to the development of listening and speaking skills. Additionally, the article reveals that teachers are insufficiently prepared to integrate digital technologies into the educational process, primarily due to their low awareness of the potential and limitations of these resources.
Based on the analysis, the article proposes several recommendations, including advanced training of teachers, conducting scientific seminars, developing methodological recommendations for using innovative educational technologies, and adjusting the organization of «open» classes.
The conclusions emphasize that combining traditional teaching methods with innovative technologies helps create an effec-tive learning environment, increasing cadets’ motivation to learn English and enhancing their foreign language proficiency.
