Використання стандартизованого «beep-test» як засобу формування здоров’язберігаючої компетентності учнів 9 класів

У статті розглянуто застосування стандартизованого тесту (Beep-test) для формування
здоров’язберігаючої компетентності учнів 9-х класів. З’ясовано ставлення школярів до застосування стандартизованого тесту
на уроках фізичної культури. Встановлено позитивне ставлення до застосування цього тесту як серед хлопців (70% опитаних)
так і серед дівчат (60% опитаних) дев’ятих класів.
Окреслені причини, які перешкоджають дев’ятикласникам успішному виконанню тесту, зокрема: психологічні,
організаційні, матеріально-технічні.

В статье рассмотрено применение стандартизированного теста (Beep test) для формирования
здоровьесохранной компетентности учеников 9-х классов. Выяснено отношение школьников к применению
стандартизированного теста на уроках физической культуры.
Установлено позитивное отношение к применению такого теста как среди ребят (70%), так и среди девушек
(60%) девятых классов. Очерченные причины, которые препятствуют девятиклассникам успешному выполнению теста,
в частности психологические, организационные, материально-технические.

The article deals with the usage of the standardised Beep-test in health-saving competence forming among the students of
9 th grades. The secondary school is the last stage of studying when the process of learning about health focused on physical activity
development, maintenance and monitoring can be fully provided. While changing the system of physical education, its aims, objectives
and structure, the issue of health-saving competences must not be left out. However, the comprehensive analysis concerning the
usage of the standardised Beep-test in health-saving competence forming among the students of 9 th grades has not been revealed by
us.
The aim of the article is to study the attitude of the 9 th grades students of secondary schools towards the usage of the
standardised Beep-test at PE lessons as a means of health-saving competence forming and to outline the obstacles that obstruct
students` running. The questionnaire conducted by us has revealed the positive attitude towards the usage of the test among the
students (70% of boys and 60% of girls) and their interest in using of such test at PE lessons in order to develop stamina,
cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
Despite the positive attitude of the students towards the usage of the test they listed the reasons which prevent them from
completing the test successfully, such as personal (lack of strength of will, poor preparation to such activities by PE teachers,
psychological unreadiness of the participants), and organisational (slippery gym surface, short distance among the students and a
large number of the paricipants during the simultaneous race).
