Методична підготованість майбутніх учителів музики: нові можливості особистісного ресурсу

Розглянуто значення особистісного ресурсу як системної інтегральної характеристики педагога, визначено його місце в структурі методичної підготовки майбутніх учителів музики. Доведено, що ресурсний підхід як один із чинників оновлення мистецько-освітнього простору засвідчує свою перспективність в оптимізації навчально-виховного процесу, динамізуючи практичну діяльність студентів у напрямі більш продуктивного прояву особистісно-професійних можливостей. З’ясовано, що результатом методичної підготовки майбутніх учителів музики є їх методична підготованість як сукупність особистісно-ціннісних, пізнавальних та операційно-інструментальних чинників діяльності. Виявлено, що закладені в сутнісних характеристиках методичної підготовки ресурсогенеруючі чинники забезпечують успішність постановки й реалізації студентом на виробничій практиці важливих завдань сучасної школи, пов’язаних з формуванням музичних компетенцій учнів. Представлено аналіз видів особистісних ресурсів, спроектовано педагогічні механізми їх функціонування відповідно до динамічно-продуктивних характеристик

The article discusses the significance of personal resource as a system of integral characteristics of the teacher, determined by its position in the structure of methodical preparation of future teachers of music. Resources approach as a factor in art and education space is a promising optimization of the educational process in the direction of increasing its productivity. The author found that the result of methodical preparation of future teachers of music is their methodological preparedness as a set of personal values, cognitive and operational-activity components of the tool. Identified, inherent in the essential characteristics of methodical preparation resource factors contribute to the successful implementation of a student on industrial practice the important tasks
of the modern school, associated with the formation of the musical competence.
In the process of analysis of the concept of “personal resource” found that its essence lies in emphasizing a strong, dominant and active personality traits in society that increase the probability of overcoming of difficulties and the achievement of its objectives.
Personal resource for the future teacher-musician in the context of its methodological
preparedness is defined as a complex pedagogical phenomenon, which allows to gain experience artistic and educational activities. The resource includes elements of professional identity, positive image and a successful career. Personal resource should be considered in understanding and addressing students teaching objectives cognitive, emotional and practical complexities that arise in the process of learning.
