Особливості організації інтернет орієнтованого освітнього середовища у закладі вищої освіти

У статті доведено, що головним освітнім завданням сучасності є не тільки відтворення знань, вмінь і навичок та їх запам’ятовування, а й вміння працювати в групі, вміння співставляти, аналізувати, оцінювати всі знання, вміння і навички та здійснювати свою навчальну діяльність за допомогою інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Дослідже-но питання концептуальних засад використання інтернет-технологій в закладах вищої осві-ти, та зроблено наступні висновки: організоване інтернет орієнтоване освітнє середовище закладу вищої освіти складається з декількох частин – це закрите і відкрите, а також відкри-те комп’ютерно інтегроване та персоніфіковане навчальне середовище.Аргументовано, що ефективність застосування ІКТ з метою підвищення якості навчання можлива при наявності відповідних умов, інтернет орієнтоване освітнє середовище закладу вищої освіти – це багатофакторне, багатовекторне освітнє середовище основним завданням якого є підготовка фахівця – професіонала, здатного орієнтуватися у сучасному світі високо-технологічних технологій і здатного постійно оновлювати свої знання, дотримуючись гасла «освіта протягом життя». Здійснено ґрунтовний аналіз проблеми психолого-педагогічних вимог щодо добору та за-стосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Висвітлено причини недостатньо ефективного використання електронних засобів навчального призначення і викладені орієн-тири щодо шляхів вирішення вище зазначених проблем.Проаналізовано, що інтернет орієнтоване освітнє середовище складається з технологіч-ної, науково-методичної, складової науково-педагогічного персоналу, інформаційно-комуніка-ційна та інші складові. Визначено, що у сучасному інтернет орієнтованому середовищі ви-користовують засоби навчання такі як різне програмне забезпечення, Інтернет-технології, мультимедійні засоби, електронні посібники та підручники, дистанційне навчання. Інтернет орієнтоване освітнє середовище закладу вищої освіти – це багатофакторне, багатовекторне освітнє середовище основним завданням якого є підготовка фахівця-професіонала, здатного орієнтуватися у сучасному світі високотехнологічних технологій і здатного постійно онов-лювати свої знання, дотримуючись гасла «освіта протягом життя»

The article proves that the main educational task of our time is not only the reproduc-tion of knowledge, skills and abilities and their memorization, but also the ability to work in a group, the ability to compare, analyze, evaluate all knowledge, skills and abilities and to carry out their educational activities with the help of information and communication technologies. The issues of conceptual foundations of the use of Internet technologies in higher education institutions are studied, and the following conclusions are made: the organized Internet-oriented educational environment of a higher education institution consists of several parts – it is a closed and open, as well as an open computer-integrated and personalized learning environment.It is argued that the effectiveness of the use of ICT in order to improve the quality of education is possible in the presence of appropriate conditions, the Internet-oriented educational environment of a higher education institution is a multifactorial, multi-vector educational environment, the main task of which is to train a specialist – a professional who is able to navigate in the modern world of high-tech technologies and is able to constantly update his knowledge, adhering to the slogan «lifelong education». A thorough analysis of the problem of psychological and pedagogical requirements for the selec-tion and application of information and communication technologies is carried out. The reasons for the ineffective use of electronic educational tools are highlighted and guidelines for ways to solve the above problems are outlined.It is analyzed that the Internet-oriented educational environment consists of technological, sci-entific and methodological, a component of scientific and pedagogical personnel, information and communication and other components. It is determined that in the modern Internet-oriented envi-ronment, learning tools such as various software, Internet technologies, multimedia tools, electronic manuals and textbooks, distance learning are used.
